Pros and cons are balanced
Pros:

I like the facilities surrounding the hotel such as the mosque, mamak restaurant, petrol station, atm machine and many more which is very nearby to the hotel

Cons:

The room was too small until we have to pray at the surau at 3rd floor that combines both men and women because the room can't fit our body to do solat

FAIR.
Pros:

Staff very friendly & helpful. Room are very clean.

Cons:

Pillows and bedsheet are quite thin.
Water for bathing are quite slow.
Room are quite small, fit with big bed, not enough space and not very comfortable to move around. But, if for only 1 person, I think its ok.
No reserved parking space for hotel guest. I have to parked the car about 500m from hotel during peak hours.
