The hotel was super clean and had a nice vibe to it, loved the games downstairs for families to enjoy including table soccer. The bar was great and tea/coffee and water available all day was wonderful. The little convenience store and microwave in the lobby was really helpful to accommodate hungry kids. Breakfast each day reduces the mental load of going out and finding somewhere to eat. Staff were fantastic- special shout out to Sandra and the Phillipino (?) ladies on reception, stellar service.

Cons:

I am gluten intolerant and there was a good portion of the breakfast unavailable to me, so that was limiting.

Our reservation was cancelled without us knowing. No other rooms were available that we needed. We had to find another hotel to stay in last minute. Very unsatisfied and did not get to stay.

It was great beautiful outlook from the window close to the place I needed to be very clean felt very safe

Quaint and Cozy Stay Downtown
Pros:

I liked how close it was to everything downtown. Staff were very caring and made sure everything was good. We had an incident there, and the staff took care of everything.
