Luxurious accomodation in a nice area with lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep
Pros:

Beautiful Luxurious Modern room with a comfortable bed
A Nice big Tv
Addition of complementary toiletries
Wi-Fi
Outdoor seating area is a nice bonus

Cons:

The dust is the only thing which lets this accommodation down, which is such a a shame as you can tell the host has really put a lot of thought into making it a nice.
Attention to detail is needed with the cleaning otherwise this place would get 10/10
No fridge in the bedrooms only in main kitchen
Only Access to the accommodation is up a metal flight of stairs at the back of the building which is accessed down the back alley. Not good for those with mobility problems. Also not sure if I’d feel safe going down the alley when it’s dark. Not sure if there is security lighting that comes on or CCTV to offer as security measure
No parking available. There are parking restrictions on the road outside which are in force between 8am and 6pm. We arrived late and left early, so we was able to park

The window in Room 2 is broken, which I feel slightly compromises privacy since there is a possibility of being seen from the building opposite; otherwise, everything is excellent.

Great location. Lovely room. Great value for money. Excellent place to stay.
Pros:

Excellent facilities, lovely room, breakfast selection good in shared kitchen. Comfy. Good TV channels. Clean. Great location. Very friendly staff at the bar on Check in. Access available without passing the bar once checked in. Lovely little terrace. Shower stuff all provided. Very impressed.

Cons:

This is hard to answer, the only thing I would say is that perhaps Teaspoons in the room for the tea/coffee station. The blinds had a couple of slats missing but that is being really picky.

Pros:

Excellent communication prior to check in. Lovely friendly staff and the room was fantastic! Excellent value for money too. We will definitely be staying again!

Great stay and would definately stay again and recommend
Pros:

The room was modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. Great spacious walk in shower with plenty of soft white towels.

Cons:

The digital lock for the door was a bit awkward to execute, too long numbers plus a different one for the main door to the rooms. A card lock would have been simpler
