The room had no window. The plunge pool the water was on all night so you heard it. The stairs were metal so when people came back from there nights out you couldnt sleep as they loud in the stairs. The door locks were not properly fitted and looked llike someone had previously brokenn in. A couple were having a fight outside my room and loud and ws scared as had no exit point as no window for escape. Horrible experience. Woke early and left

Unfinished floors in my suite,poorly stocked kitchen,ex:one plate,one fork,..towels and pillows poor condition..thin and frayed, pillows are small n lumpy..

Aus Bequemlichkeitsgründen habe ich nochmals um drei Tage verlängert, jedoch missfällt einem schon eine "Servicegebühr", von der bei Buchung keine Rede ist, ganz abgesehen davon, wofür diese Gebühr überhaupt erhoben wird. Es gab ja kein besonderes Service und üblicherweise sind alle Kosten im Buchungspreis inkludiert - das wurde mir von booking.com auch bestätigt. Die Vermutung liegt nahe, dass man diese statt der bei Buchung behaupteten rückzahlbaren Kaution einheben wollte. Wie auch immer, es ist eine Abzocke, die - auch wenn die Gebühr nicht hoch war - ein schlechtes Bild auf dieses Haus wirft.
Die Sauberkeit ist auch nicht so gegeben wie man es erwartet, immerhin fanden sich auf einem Kopfpolster lange Haare, kaum ein Handtuch hatte keine Flecken (offenbar Lippenstift etc.), die ersten beiden Tage hatte das Zimmer einen unangenehmen Geruch, der nur durch ständiges Lüften beseitigt werden konnte. Die Klospülung funktionierte mehrfach über Stunden nicht (kein Wasser). Es ist sehr laut vor allem durch andere Hotelgäste in den frühen Morgenstunden.

Leider wohnen in diesem Gebäude einige Dauergäste, welche permanent die Dachterrasse blockieren. Von Erholung kann man da nicht wirklich sprechen, wenn man immer zugequatscht wird, sobald an den Pool geht.
Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts aber hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich vermutlich nicht gebucht.

Außerdem fallen noch Reinigungsgebühren von 2 Dollar pro Tag an, auch wenn man die Reinigung nicht in Anspruch nimmt..

Zudem empfinde ich den Preis für mexikanischen Verhältnisse etwas zu teuer. Wir hatten ein ganzes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern für weniger selben Preis, aber etwas weniger zentral.

Bei der Kochausstattung fehlen scharfe Messer.

Nous avons eu une inondation dans notre chambre : nos affaires personnelles ont donc été endommagés (affaires trempées : valises, chaussures, chargeurs, lettres). L’hôtel n’a absolument rien fait pour nous dédommager et la directrice pas conciliante du tout. Personne ne répond d’ailleurs à nos messages concernant un quelconque dédommagement.
Très mécontente malgré que le lieu était bien placé, correct (sauf la piscine du bas assez sale) et une fenêtre qui ne se fermait pas (au 1er étage).

This is advertised as a 4 hotel hotel, which is absolutely NOT the case! This is a "fact hostel" at best!

A lot of the amenities which are supposed to be included in the room are not. Rooms aren't cleaned unless you ask for it. The guests are allowed to just chill in the hallway having extremely loud music and having the most disgusting loud sexual talks.

The staff won't do anything until you actually get properly pissed at them.

Also, get ready to hear just randomly during the day/night, hear the neighbouring hotel/houses to just start having a howling competition with the hotel guests/staff. And I'm talking about the people, not their dogs.

I say staff/guests because it got to a point where I didn't know who was who/what. When I asked for something to the reception I would have it delivered by random people, which were the same random people/guests having parties in the hallways late at night.

Ah and the doors to the Hallway have haps on then, so it won't stop any sound whatsoever from the outside.

Les moustiques dans la chambre, le bruit des voisins, leurs portes qui claquent, la porte fenêtre sans visibilité donnant sur un mur à 50 cm, pas de luminosité dans l' appartement. Le prix promotionnel avec la chambre surclassée et payée sur booking n'était pas au rendez-vous.Trés décevant.
