Pros:

Sile ist ideal für ein paar Tage Strandurlaub in Verbindung mit Istanbul
Aber nicht vor Anfang Juni Mitte Mai war die Außenanlagen des Hotels komplett geschlossen nicht nur der Pool und auch am Strand ist alles erst im Aufbau.

Pros:

Zimmer war geräumig und neu. Personal bemüht und freundlich.

Cons:

Alles war geschlossen (Dachterassen-Restaurant, Pools,…). Blick trotz Buchung von Meerblick-Zimmer nicht Richtung Meer. Unfassbar überteuertes Frühstück.

It was an okay stay
Pros:

The property is newly built, room was very clean with really good facilities and exceptional location. Although it rained during most of our stay, I can imagine this being a really good spot for a sunny holiday.

Cons:

I firmly believe that the staff of any rental accommodation make or break the guests' experience.
My honest feedback:
1. Buffet breakfast is advertised on booking.com however we were given a tradition platter and when asked, my husband was told that there is no buffet for under 5 guests.
2. I've travelled across different locations and stayed in multiple hotels, rarely come across issues in bringing food to our rooms from outside. In this instance, I was unwell and asked my husband to bring us food from outside, he was stopped by a hotel staff, Mr. Selami, who was quite rude and a big fuss was made about my husband bringing food to our own room, which we paid for. No where in the policies did it say to not bring food from outside, so perhaps that is something that can be conveyed to guests before a big fuss is made about it.
3. Upon checking out, the reception staff made someone go check our room despite us telling them that we didn't use their "premium water" or snacks. I understand the need to charge for usage of minibar within the rooms, however there are more classy ways to go about it than to make your guests feel small. Whilst we waited for our taxi to pick us up, my husband was called over multiple times to confirm we didn't use any extra services. This just came across very cheap and tacky, not something you would expect from a supposed 3 star hotel.

All in all, what could have been a really enjoyable stay and a regular hotel for us to visit, was ruined by unfortunate interactions with hotel staff.
I believe if the staff can work on their behaviour towards their guests, this hotel can do really well.

Pros:

Великолепный отель! Всё современно, красиво, отличный дизайн, прекрасный вид и хорошая постель. Завтрак в лучших турецких традициях! Приедем ещё.

Прекрасный отель, отличный персонал, готовый услышать любую просьбу и выполнить по возможности)). Первый раз мне захотелось вернуться не в место, где отдыхали, а именно в отель. Прекрасные номера с моей любимой косметикой atelier rebul, кофе нэспрессо, щедро пополняемый во время уборки. Все номера с видом на море и балконом. Завтраки хорошие. Нюанс по Шиле, может кому и пригодится))). Обменников нет, есть аппарат для обмена наличных или можно поменять по хорошему курсу в ювелирном магазине.

In my opinion, The Gonen Hotel is the best place to stay in Sile.
Pros:

We stayed with my girlfriend. And, we made check-in so late, approximately at 8:00 pm. The receptionist was so helpful to us. The room was so clean and so comfortable. The Balcony was so clean and the view (Sea and Ağlayan Kayalar) was awesome. The bathroom was so modern and so clean. Especially, shampoo, cream, and shower gel were so smelly.
There was an Espresso coffee machine in the room. They put 4 capsules for us :)) we loved it.
Yes, we are going to stay at Gonen Hotel in no time.

Cons:

There is only one issue with this hotel. The last day, both receptionists and floor staff called us for check-out.
We only made the check-out delay a little bit. max.10 min. This Attitude made us a little annoyed. Other than that, there was no issue during the stay at this hotel.

Pros:

Right infront the marina. There are restaurants and cafes in a walkable distance. An old town shopping street and cafes overlooking the sea is near by can be walked but uphill. If you have a car there are parking spaces around.
The hotel provided good breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: the hotel doesn’t provid facial tissues in the room and talked to them about it.
