Virkelig god oplevelse.
Pros:

Personalet var virkelig nemt at få fat i, lige meget tiden på døgnet. Vi fangede hende kl 23:00 nytårs aften. Værelset er desuden virkelig hyggeligt og meget varmt, hvilket er godt til de kolde vinterdage i niseko.

Cons:

Det er langt fra Kutchan station og niseko generelt. Det skal man lige være opmærksom på. godt sted, hvis man har bil, men lidt træls hvis man skal gå med sin bagage og udstyr til stationen hver gang.

管家MIKE非常好，既熱情又禮貌，提供了非常多幫助，也把房子打掃的非常乾淨整潔！停車場的雪清的很好，停車完全沒有問題！

良き宿でした
Pros:

とにかく管理人のMikeさんが親切で、本当良かったです。初日にスーパーまで連れてくれてくれました。退居の日にも駅まで送ってもらって助かりました。施設全般清潔感があり、とても居心地が良かったです。冷蔵庫も炊飯器も電気ケトルとか家電用品も新しくて使い勝手もかなりいい方です。ロケーションもとても良かったです。駅から遠くなくて、ご飯屋さんのたくさんあるところから歩いて帰られる距離です。晴れの日はリビングの窓からも、一階のお部屋からも、羊蹄山が見えます。和室なので部屋に暖房がないけど、ベッドに電気毛布があり、お布団の中は暖かかったです。他に入居された方もとてもマナーを守っているいい方ばかりで、とてもいい宿でした。

Cons:

唯一良くなかったのは私たちが泊まってたお部屋車道から近くて、窓にカーテンがなく、夜中に除雪車の明かりとか、車の音などがして、寝付け悪い私はちょっと影響されます。
