Hotel doesn't fit to stay here in cold time
Pros:

Good location and warm meeting,
Big bed with heating

Cons:

It looks like hotel hosts don't care about their guests at all.
Large gaps in the windows and sounded glasses make me feel extremely cold. Like I am not in room, but just stay on the street. Also very noisy in the evening.
The only heater in the room can turn off without your willing.
The water in mixer flow only from the top, can't be regulated.
There is no breakfast and transfer as it is mentioned in description.
So if you travel Shangri-la in cold time, never book this hotel.

Pros:

Nothing it was close, I had to find another accommodation

Cons:

Nobody advise me that was close until I arrived in town. Even if the booking was confirmed
