Needs improvement and property maintenance
Pros:

Property location near to beach and Car parking

Cons:

Hygiene needs improvement
Basic things in the room like soap etc need to be provided considering the amount charged for 01 night - handwash / soap etc were empty
Towels were not clean / upto mark

I think amount charged is more considering facility and stay -
No lift available in property
Also booking cancelled by property in records even though I stayed and paid there

Overall - charges are more for the facility and stay

Good hotel to stay with families
Pros:

Rooms are clean and staff is helpfull

Cons:

The adjacent properties might get very loud and there is not good sound proofing in windows. It’s was difficult to get any sleep in night

The property is very close to nagaun beach..basic ammenities r good

Cons:

The rooms are a touch small..not much eating options at restaurant
