Propreté a revoir
Pros:

Bonne localisation, notamment à proximité du port pour prendre le bateau vers Sanur. Le massage était également très agréable. Le personnel est très gentil, accueillant et chaleureux.

Cons:

Malheureusement, plusieurs points nous ont déçus lors de notre séjour.

Les serviettes n’étaient pas très propres et la chambre manquait également de propreté, avec de nombreuses taches visibles. Les toilettes étaient sales et dégageaient une odeur très désagréable. Certains équipements sont également assez vieillissants et mériteraient d’être rénovés ou mieux entretenus.

Nous ne sommes restés que deux nuits, principalement pour visiter l’île, mais malgré la courte durée du séjour, ces problèmes de propreté et d’entretien nous ont malheureusement assez marqués.

Une amélioration de la propreté, de l’entretien des chambres et des équipements serait vraiment nécessaire pour rendre l’expérience plus agréable.

Merveilleux 🫶🏻
Pros:

TOUT ! C’était MERVEILLEUX 🫶🏻
Nous avions une chambre qui donnait directement sur la piscine depuis notre terrasse, avec en plus un rooftop avec hamac. La chambre était spacieuse, on avait tous les jours droit à 4 bouteilles d’eau et des sodas, si on voulait aller à la plage, il suffisait de traverser, on voyait la mer depuis la chambre, vraiment c’était fou, je recommande 1000 fois. Le personnel était adorable, aux petits soins. Pour l’instant le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour !

Décevant par rapport au cout par nuit
Pros:

Piscine commune sympathique même si manque de transats à certains moments.
Photos trompeuses car pas d’accès direct piscine pour toutes les chambres.
Les nuits sont extrêmement bruyantes ! Circulation , chien , poules et autres tapage nocturne…

Cons:

Petite déjeuner et restaurant de bonne qualité.
Le personnel très dévoué.

Mega Hotel, vorallem der Pool direkt vorm Zimmer.
Wirklich top Hotel, versteh die Bewertungen nicht, sind wahrscheinlich wieder verwöhnte deutsche, die 5sterne Deutsches Niveau erwarten.

Good property but be cautious about tour overcharging
Pros:

Professional and courteous staff. Cleanliness and food options.

Very functional and thoughtful room design and amenities.

A lot of beachfront restaurants just in front of the property.

Scooter rental available in front of the property.

Beach in front of the property. It’s not good for swimming though.

Main market area only 10 mins drive from scooter.

Cons:

Stray dogs were roaming inside the property freely.

The bean bags outside had stains.

Nusa penida roads in general are bad. The toad leading the property is also bad.

The property had done exclusive deals with closeby tours and travels. They said they can’t pick from the property, if caught they will be suspended for a month. And the closeby operators were only quoting prices slightly lower than hotel prices knowing the lack of other options.
Rent a scooty and book from city centre to book tours at 50% price than booking from property and closeby operators. They all are operating together to keep prices high.

Das Personal war überaus herzlich und liebenswert. Wunderschöne Hotelanlage und sehr schöne Zimmer. Der Pool direkt vor dem Zimmer war herrlich.Das Frühstück war super lecker mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Auch das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Würden jederzeit wieder in dieses schöne Hotel kommen.

Pros:

Perfekter Aufenthalt im Baumhaus! Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und geräumig, die ganze Anlage des Hotels ist atemberaubend. Das Restaurant hat super leckeres Essen und ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut und das Personal sehr nett. Sie können sogar im Hotels selbst Scooter mieten.
