Le repas au restaurant un désastre
L entrée. De calamars cuits par la glace du congélateur et la totale les deux plats principaux de mon mari et mon frère. Son arrivée sur la table a peine décongelé. Donc je suis allé directement voir la cuisine pour un magnifique établissement comme celui ci ou cesser la cuisine en période creuse ou changer de chef de cuisine
Par ailleurs le personnel et les serveurs on très bien compris notre mécontentement heureusement qu ils ont tous le sourire et le respect.

Exceptional location
Pros:

Its central location is excellent. Also quite a few restaurants are in walking distance. Pool access Villa was amazing. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Definitely recommended.

Hotel con instalaciones espectaculares.
Muy buena ubicación. Hotel ubicado frente a la playa y rodeado de restaurantes y zonas de ocio.
Habitación de ensueño con acceso directo a la piscina.
Personal encantador, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda el mejor Hotel de nuestra estancia en Bali y perfecto para relajarse.

Overall enjoyable experience , just missing a few small touches , for which the staff more than compensate
Pros:

Wonderful staff. Exceptionally friendly and attentive, but not overbearing .
Rooms were clean and spacious and good value for what we paid
Location was also good for us . Short walks / scooter to local restaurants/ cafes and split between the east / west coast sights.

Cons:

The Ocean view was more a case of a view of the ocean from across the road and between the buildings. Did not realise this was the case .
Outdoor bathrooms - nice gimmick , but do we need them when you are exposed to sun and rain

Pros:

Gastvriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel. Fijne ruime kamer met uitzicht op zee.

Cons:

Ontbijt was wat matig, weinig variatie. Ophalen vanuit de haven was gratis vanuit het hotel echter voor brengen moesten we betalen. Had voor ons ook gratis gemogen.

Stay was good, food is horrendous.
Pros:

The rooms were nice, the staff are lovely

Cons:

There are a lot of mosquitoes. Every night I woke up covered in bites.
The food is also really bad.. on the last day we chose to eat at a cafe, forgoing the free breakfast. Food is bland, small portions and very minimal on meat servings. I had the chicken porridge for breakfast - the porridge was bland and the total amount of chicken must have been equal to a teaspoon.
Don’t eat dinner here.

Pros:

The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. The resort made visiting the east and west of the island accessible due to its more central location. Highly recommend staying here in Nusa Penida!
