Stay somewhere else.
Pros:

Hotel was acceptable, though in the middle of renovations so there was construction in the front.

Cons:

Everything in the hotel seemed shoddy - like the renovations stopped at lipstick on a pig. Railings are rickety, the paint is peeling, hot water runs out in the morning if too many people are using the showers. The real problem arose right at check-in, when our tour group came to check into our accomodation booked (and already paid for) through Expedia in May (by now it was August, 4 months later) and were told that out of the 5 rooms booked only two were on record. There were Expedia confirmations and Apparently since I booked two rooms for additional nights via Booking, my name and my friend's names were found but we had to wait for over an hour while staff figured out how to accomodate us.

Good for one night
Pros:

The hotel is ok for a night stay, arriving from the airport and traveling on the next day (or vice versa). Location is very near Osh Bazar and that is nice. Parking space available and the staff are very nice, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There is little atmosphere in the hotel, although the hotel is named 'Cozy'. No chairs/tables to sit outside and a rather unpleasant stale smell in the room.

Sehr gemütliche Betten und geräumiges Zimmer! Unsere frühe Abreise um 05:45 war kein Problem, wir haben sogar ein kleines Lunch-Paket statt des Frühstücks bekommen.

Die Austattung im Bad war eher spärlich.

Lovely place to stay.
Pros:

Clean and very helpful staff when I had a problem. I walked to the mall and town, but not back.

Cons:

It's name is very close to Cozy Hostel, so be careful not to let Google maps confuse you!

Нам понравилось расположение и завтрак. Отзывчивость персонала и общее впечатление от размещения

Cons:

Стоит чуть больше внимания уделить состоянию/чистоте ванной комнаты. Также в общих коридорах верхних этажей стоит охлаждать воздух - во время сильной жары там душно.

Considering the cost, the quality is really poor. Rooms are quite dirty
Pros:

The staff was nice and the breakfast good

Cons:

We got a room but the hot water was not working, so they gave us another room. The water in the new room worked fine but birds got somehow stuck inside the roof of the bathroom and continued to fly around and make noises. Quite horrible to hear.
The moquette was stained all over
