Worst experience I have ever
Pros:

I booked my accommodation on Saturday night at 11.30 PM.
Being a Genius customer, Booking.com offered me 2 rooms rent price at 2700 /- + Tax then total around 2950 /-
While check-in receptionist demanded me 3400 /- as floor price doesn't match with booking.com vendor.
They clearly mentioned they can provide accommodation at 3400 /- only else I can contact booking.com customer care and go for other hotel for accommodation.
Its really horrible at that time 11.30 PM at night and can't argue but paid 3400 /- and stayed with my family for just 3 adults and 2 small kids then.
I completely lost trust on Booking.com reservations after this kind of experience despite I was Genius customer to them.

Please try to improve Terms & conditions with your partners its not just for money matter but customer satisfaction and comfort should also be main factor.

Cons:

booking.com webbsite offers discounts to Previliged customer (Genius my case)
But accommodation provider/hotel demand as per demand then stating floor price matching bla bla blaaaaaa....

Our stay was disappointing to say the least
Pros:

Our stay at the property was disappointing. The standards are nt up to the mark. There was no breakfast service and the restaurant service was poor. It can be called at best as a lodge and not a hotel. The check-out time was 11:00 A.M whereas the International standard check-out time 12:00 P.M. They are more interested in charging late chech-out fee rather than accommodating late check-out requests of their guests. Not recommended

No wifi...can't connect internet,tv is there but no remote,wash room ok but toiletry system wasting too much water...took a lot of time to stop water flow...too much noisy couldn't sleep ,all the time banging doors outside,located in such area the police came for ride....not at all safe to stay
..it spoils happy vacation,...
I suggest don't prefer
