Twin mattress on double bed, 3 saggy mattress on single bed, room size as claimed to be 20sqmt can be checked, old construction maintained to the level that it just can be called a lodge. Please read properly, basic utility like AC is not mentioned, means it is not there, we were provided with a touch-n-disintegrate standing fan which was just standing miraculously and probably hottest day of the year. No warm item on petite breakfast, again petite means smallest possible. We were so so disappointed that we moved to another hotel just after 1st night of 2 night booking to avoid further

Personeel was super vriendelijk.
Fantastisch uitzicht en leuk dat je na een aantal uren wagen nog even in het water kan.

Cons:

1 van de ramen ging niet dicht waardoor we nog heel lang veel lawaai hadden en dus niet konden slapen. Geen gordijnen. Kleine badkamer/douche.

La gentillesse du personnel et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Les équipements pas au top, tv HS depuis longtemps ( ce n'était pas grave pour nous, mais alors on ne l'annonce pas), pas de clim (difficile à supporter avec 29° dans la chambre). Le mobilier mériterait d'être changé. C'est correct pour une nuit étape, ou si on aime les auberges de jeunesse, mais pas pour un séjour plus long.

Personal war sehr freundlich, Essen war lecker. Tierfreundliches Hotel. Schöne Lage am See.

Sehr laut, Wände sehr dünn, man hört Nachbarn schnarchen, extrem viel Verkehr auch nachts. Da Zimmer zur Strasse schaut hört man den ganzen Verkehr.

Pessimo, volevamo scappare!

Location ottima. Bellissima la spiaggia dove poter fare il bagno al lago. Terrazza per aperitivo e cena, praticamente sul lago, molto bella.

Cons:

Premessa: viaggiamo in 4. Io mia moglie e due bambine, 6 anni e una 8 mesi.
Primo ingresso in camera: forte odore di umidità, ma con finestre aperte e 34 gradi fuori più il lago a 10 metri ci può stare. La sera al rientro prima di dormire, scopriamo il dramma. Tutti e 4 i materassi della stanza erano talmente bagnati di umidità da rimanerti addosso COMPRESA LA CULLA.
Stavamo per andare via a mezzanotte ma siamo stati trattenuti dalle bambine che si erano addormentate. La piccola ha dormito nel passeggino perché persino la culla era bagnata. La grande pensavamo si fosse adattata ma poi la notte l’ha passata a cambiare letto!
I materassi del letto a castello erano ok, ma quelli del letto matrimoniale tutta un’altra questione. Grandezze diverse sia in larghezza che altezza ed uno dei due era particolarmente sfondato al centro, non che l’altro fosse meglio.
Il giorno dopo presentando le nostre lamentele, ci hanno incredibilmente detto che erano a conoscenza della problematica e ci hanno Comunque affittato la stanza. Era da chiamare la guardia svizzera!
Tante scuse, niente sconto e notte in bianco.
Struttura che ha bisogno di molto restauro, niente zanzariere alle finestre, tanto sporco e tanti insetti, dentro e fuori la camera. Prezzo della cena un po’ caro anche per la Svizzera. Colazione scarsa.
Occasione persa. Non torneremo!
Ma la colpa è nostra, dovevamo andare via!
