Super Aufenthalt
Pros:

Süße kleine Häuschen, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Leckeres Frühstück und ausreichend Parkplätze vor der Tür. Tolle Lage am Strand!

More like a conference hotel style, not the best for relaxed vacation
Pros:

Stayed in the main building and had renovated room with balcony, it was clean enough. Parking is possible on front of the entrance. Beachfront location, beach bar and sunbeds. Breakfast is good and matches the room price.

Cons:

Small room, not cosy, very basic. Unfriendly younger stuff not taking care of their guest. No vacation athmosphere at all, feels like business conference hotel. Strong chemical smell in the room, it eas probably treated against bugs some chemicals left in the room. Far from city facilities and shopd, nothing around in walking distance and need a car to get there snd around. Beach music too loud and very specific to younger generation only. Breakfast serving not hygienic and meals are not fresh

Not recommended.
Pros:

Actually we didn’t really like the property. The building our room was in was unattractive and the accommodation itself was very poor. The location was the property’s one redeeming feature. The beach is close to the beach and it was kept free of seaweed by the staff. There was a bar and restaurant but the QR ordering system didn’t always work and the staff,apart from Flo who was great, spoke very little English. There is a really lovely independent restaurant to the right of property called Riva. It serves amazing fresh produce and has a good ambiance. Breakfast was included in the price per night. It was average.

Cons:

The standard of furnishing in our room was very basic. There was no chair in the room, the beds were small singles, there was unboxed in pipe work and the curtain was hanging off the rail. The balcony looked out onto a grassed area but guests were allowed to park cars right up to the building, so in effect our view was a car park. The bathroom however was even more disappointing. On arrival the toilet needing repairing. It smelt. There was significant mould in the shower. The wiring would not have passed UK safety standards and was our opinion dangerous. It was not cheap to stay in this hotel. We paid just under a hundred pounds a night. It definitely did not offer value for money. Please see photos below.

Nice room and location with most appeal to Turkish travellers.

Personel could not understand basic English. A bit tricky to find the location.

Pros:

Suddenly this simple hotel was very clean and close to the beach. Big parking area, good kitchen. For its price hotel delivers good conditions. I had no problems with smells (we had +35C degrees!). Good place on the sea...

Pros:

Nice located hotel right on the Marmara sea beach. Beautiful inside area and surroundings, very good breakfast

Cons:

It was very cold in the bathroom (although I understand that it's rather summer-time place, so not crucial)

Pros:

Very nice rooms , clean and simple. Good value for money. I didn't have chance to experience the beach but it's right within the hotel

Cons:

It was a bit difficult to find and I didn't see any signage to show it was the hotel. The road to the hotel is being rebuilt or something and was currently a bit of a dirt track.
