Could be perfect, if…
Pros:

The spacious, clean and modern room was a delight. The bathroom was particularly lovely, so tidy and well-maintained. We also appreciated the complimentary laundry and water. Plenty of room for many luggage.

Cons:

The hotel rule is to inform the staff in the morning if we’d like to get the room cleaned. The day before our last day, we asked for it, but the room wasn’t cleaned. Unsure if it’s forgotten or a language barrier. We wish we didn’t need to inform the staff verbally just to get the room cleaned.

Great location and beautiful room in Busan
Pros:

Good location in the financial district with easy access to two main metro lines. The room was absolutely beautiful with fantastic amenities (whirlpool, automatic clothes ironing machine) and attention to detail in the room (think different kinds of brushes, spa lotions etc).

Cons:

Check in was only at 17:00 which is very late, when we asked to check in earlier (15:00) the staff rejected us quite abruptly. In the end it was ok but the late check in time was a bit disruptive for our plans.

Pros:

De ruime kamer en het bad bevielen. Ook was alles erg schoon.

Cons:

Een aantal punten maakten ons verblijf niet heel comfortabel: 's nachts geluidsoverlast van de gasten boven ons en 's ochtend vroeg van het vuilverwerkingsbedrijf naast het hotel. Het matras was erg hard, en het bedieningspaneel geeft 's nachts veel licht af. We hebben het moeten bedekken. Ook was het 's nachts erg warm in de kamer (28 graden). Dit kon je niet reguleren, tenzij je met de airco aan zou slapen. Omdat die recht boven het bed hing, wil je dit niet omdat je dan op de tocht ligt.

Pros:

Wir konnten früher einchecken und haben ein schönes Zimmer im 6. Stock erhalten. Die Ausstattung war schön, am Besten hat uns die japanische Toilette gefallen.

Cons:

In der Umgebung gab es nur ein gutes Café und ein paar Konbini, aber aber keine Lokale.

Would love to go back
Pros:

We stayed at the villa and it ended up being one of our favorite stays of the trip! It gave us the perfect chance to slow down, reconnect as a family, and just enjoy the space. The indoor pool was a huge hit, my kids absolutely loved it.

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The only small thing for me was that the beds were a bit too firm for my liking, but honestly, after a full day of walking and exploring Busan, it didn’t matter much.

We would definitely love to come back!

Next time I am in Busan I would book this hotel because it’s a good hotel.
Pros:

Close to bus/subway stations. The room and bathroom was spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The whole hotel is clean.

Stunning and pristine room, great value.
Pros:

Exceptional room! This was the nicest room we’ve stayed in our whole year-long sabbatical, and for an excellent price. We also appreciated the free laundry.

Habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias
Pros:

Last relación calidad precio es inmejorable, las habitaciones son muy amplias, disponen de una tele enorme, en la nevera siempre reponen agua y está todo muy limpio. El baño también está muy bien, muy amplio y cómodo.

Location was closed by to the downtown area and Busan station.

Behind the property was a trash collection company so the area tends to have somewhat of a smell here and there.

Pros:

Near the train station, the bath in the hotel room, the friendliness of staff, the free bottle of water, the LG Styler clothes steamer closet which is really handy. Room is spacious. The hotel provides an international plug adapter which really helps.

Cons:

No night light, not enough space to hang towels. The basin area do not have enough space to put things on and water splashes out.
