Pros:

New hotel. Clean and pleasant. Warm welcome (and efficient) by Anoop and the kind housekeeper Roschen(?).
Good restaurant and nicely located.

Cons:

It will help the restaurant- and bar staff to improve their English a bit since the hotel likes to attract foreign visitors as well….
