The rooms are big and property is has good location but not maintained where you can enjoy it.
The location is good but the property is not maintained. The rooms are basic and feel its not worth the money . The real rooms are not near to the ones which are shown in pictures
The location is convenient enough to visit Yala National Park. Everything else I rate poorly.
I do not recommend!
The interior of the hotel looks much better in the photos than in reality. During our stay, there was no water for several hours, the chargers for the sockets were worn out, the electricity kept flashing in order to charge. The water in the pool was disgusting to swim in. You could hear any noise in the corridor. The beds were worn out and it was tragic to sleep in them. The doors, both in the room and in the bathroom, were worn out, you can see the other side through the cracks. I also did not like the attitude of the staff - if you do not like it, you can leave, when you arrive late, there is simply nowhere to go. So, if you can, bypass this hotel.

Bei unserer Ankunft konnten wir zwischen Zimmern im Erdgeschoss oder im 1. Stock wählen.
Wir entschieden uns für die 1. Etage wegen der phantastischen Aussicht auf den See.
Die Zimmer waren geräumig, das Personal war freundlich und das besonders leckere Essen wurde auf der herrlichen Terrasse serviert.
Wir waren angenehm überrascht vom morgendlichen Weckruf, damit wir die Abfahrt zu unserer gebuchten Safari nicht verpassten.
Toll, dass es Pooltücher gab.
Ich habe noch nie solch eine schmutzige Dusche in einem Hotel gesehen, sie muss sehr lange nicht gründlich geputzt worden sein. Bei unserer Reklamation versprach man, jemanden vorbeizuschicken. Leider kam niemand.
Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war deutlich verschimmelt.
Good and chilling place. Well behaved and friendly staff. Good for a family outing. Nice lake ahead. overall it felt like a home to me. the climate over there will make you romantic.

По фотографиям красивый номер и отель. В реальности номер очень потрепанный, со штор падали клопы в большом количестве, стены грязные, много москитов, хорошо, что с собой было специальное средство. Наш номер с двумя комнатами для семьи отдали другим постояльцам до нашего приезда, взамен дали за те же деньги два отдельных номера. Но в этом отеле на столько страшно, что я никогда бы отдельно не положила бы спать ребенка одного в отдельном номере. Замок на дверях это просто декоративный элемент. Не было сил уже отказываться от второй комнаты, в пути были 12 часов на машине. Вроде бы персонал старался угодить, одеяла по запросу принесли. Но ситуацию это не сильно меняло. Сидушку унитаза нужно было держать, она падала. Электричество за время нашего визита (5 часов в отеле) выключили раз 10, зато был певец, который до 11 ночи пел восточные песни, не всегда попадая в ноты. Попросили организовать нам сафари. Хотели , чтобы был помимо водителя гид. Обещали, что будет, денег за него вперед взяли, но приехал только водитель. По просьбе деньги за гида вернули, но настроение было испорчено. В это время года (август) в парке мало животный - сухой сезон, поэтому сафари тоже не понравилось, 5 слонов, 3 крокодила 2 маленьких варана. Много буйволов и павлинов, обезьяны. С леопардами не повезло. Если ехать в эту сторону, то в сезон. Еще в отеле висела табличка, что бассейн не работает, близко подойти не успели к бассейну, но издалека с балкона он выглядел зеленым. Ужин был нормальный. Из 5 отелей на Шри Ланке, это был худший, куда не хотелось бы вернуться.

The property was well maintained, room was very clean. Staff was very polite. Loved the garden and the location to town.
The location is just a few minutes away from shopping, historic landmarks, and restaurants. On our last day they were even kind enough to prepare us box breakfast as we had to leave early in order to make it to the safari before the crowds came. Loved out stay

Had a really nice stay here. The view of the lake from the room was beautiful, and the staff were very kind and helpful. got injured while going there. the hotel staff gave great support and even arranged a doctor to come, which we really appreciated.
We loved this trip, we saw so much, there is just tons of different wildlife in Sri Lanka
We stayed here mainly to go on the Yala safari, and the location was perfect for that.

Great Stay
We had a wonderful stay! The lake view from the property is absolutely amazing, especially during the evening sunset – truly a picture-perfect moment. The location is also ideal for those planning to visit Yala Safari, as it’s very close by, and the hotel even arranged a jeep safari for us, which was super convenient.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. While the rooms were a bit small, they were very quiet, clean, and neatly maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day.
