Perfect stay
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, with a stunning view. The staff were very kind and helpful, they even came to fix the fireplace and the movie projector for us. The sound of the river was so relaxing, and staying here really gives you the feeling of living like a local from northern Turkey. The road to the property is in excellent condition, so driving at night is perfectly safe. There are several restaurants nearby, and the accommodation itself offers a wonderful breakfast. I highly recommend this place.

Cons:

The jacuzzi was functional but not clean — while using it, we noticed dark dirt in the water. The bathroom didn’t match the overall high standard of the chalet; it was quite basic and average, though it was clean.

수제 카이막인듯 한데 정말 맛있습니다.
인테리어도 주변과 잘 어울립니다.

Cons:

욕실 샤워 칸막이 하단부에 물이 다 새서 실리콘 한번만 바르면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Tatilimiz hüsran ile başladı ve erken bitirmek zorunda kaldık

-Miraç bey elinden geldikçe yardım olmaya çalıştı.
Bize ikinci gün için paramızı iade etti ve erken çıkış yapabildik. Teşekkürler tekrardan
-Konum ve manzara çok güzel

Cons:

Çok yorgun bir şekilde uzun bir yolculuk dan sonra Valley Suit Otele heyecanlı bir şekilde girişimizi yaptık.
Amacımız 2 gün kafa dinleyip, güzel manzaralı, jakuzili odamız da dinlenmekti.
Bunun için gecelik 93€ ödemeyi göze almıştık.
Maalesef gelir gelmez soru işaretleri başladı:
-odaya girişimizle odamızın kapısının kilidinin hiç bir şekilde güven vermediğini fark ettik
-televizyonu açmak istedik ama sadece süs amacıyla odalara koyulduğunu öğrendik
-projeksiyonu açmak istedik fakat bunu kendimiz açamadığımızı, her açmak istediğimiz de personelı çağırmak zorunda olduğumuzu anladık
-Internet çok yavaştı
-jakuziyi heves ile doldurduk fakat sirkülasyon pompasını açtığımızda içi yosun doldu ve çok kötü bir koku oluştu.
Bunun hiç bir şekilde normal olmadığını bildiğimizin tekrar altını çizmek isterim. Jakuziyi personel temizledi fakat tekrar açtığımız da tekrar yosunlandı.
-jakuzi hayal kırıklığından sonra yorgunluğumuzu duş da da atamadık çünkü duş başlığı bozuktu. Personel yardımcı olmaya çalıştı fakat tamir edilebilir gibi değildi
-Banyolar çok pisti, fayanslar kırık, küflü ve bakımsızdı
-yatak çok küçük
-klima çok sesliydi

Kısacası yorgunluk atalım derken hüsrana uğrayıp otel de hiç bir şekilde konaklamamızı sürdürmek istemedik.
