Hier ist man willkommen
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Ich konnte auch schon vor dem eigentlichen Check-in ins Zimmer.

Cons:

Ein privates Bad bedeutet, dass es über den Flur ist. Das ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Dusche war sehr eng, das Bad verfügt nur über eine Lüftung, es hat kein Fenster.
Das Personal spricht nur Italienisch, das macht die Kommunikation etwas schwierig.

One of the best places to stay on my list
Pros:

Room is as advertised and very clean. Love the proximity to the bus stop that takes us into Venice very easily. I would rate this property beyond 10/10!! Host is friendly and responsive.

Cons:

Nothing to not like! Very comfortable stay indeed.

Slechte andere accomodatie bij dubbele boeking

Cons:

Foutieve boeking, doorgestuurd naar eigen "villa", met goedkeuring van ons mits kamer gelijkwaardig.. Aangekomen: geen airco, geen tv, geen wifi, geeneen (nacht)lamp, geen desk, gedeelde badkamer, oncomfortabel hard bed, geen extra kussens, onveilige buurt. Host spreekt amper Engels, vnl. Chinees. Lastig communiceren, al was ze wel vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam.
In ruil voor dubbele boeking gratis parkeren gekregen. Bij aankomst ook de optie gehad om de boeking te annuleren. Toch niet gedaan omdat we niet het risico wilden lopen helemaal niets te hebben en we waren moe van onze reis.
Deze zn. 2e accomodatie van deze host is echt mijn slechtste beleving ooit.

Truly worth it.
Pros:

Awesome place to stay. Extremely comfortable and clean bedroom. The host was so nice and friendly. I couldn’t mention the fact that is so close to Venice Mestre Train Station (5 min walk).

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

A very convenient place to stay
Pros:

Greay location near the train station. There are many inexpensive restaurants nearby. The bus to Venice is right outside the building. A supermarket is next door. The manager is super nice. She is always helpful whenever we needed something or information. We had a great stay and will come back next time we are in Venice area.

Great Accommodation in Venice
Pros:

The owner was friendly and extremely helpful! The bus stop was just outside the apartment and a short trip into Venice Island and also a short walk from Venice Mestre

Idealna baza!
Pros:

Super lokalizacja, w okolicy pełno restauracji, barów, kawiarni, sklepy spożywcze a wszystko rzut kamieniem od stacji. Idealna lokalizacja do zwiedzania Wenecji i okolic. Właścicielka bardzo miła i pomocna, chciałbym w przyszłości mieć taki spokój i komfort jak tu. Polecam serdecznie!
