overall, i am satisfied with the stay.
Pros:

the room is clean. the carpet is thicker than most hotel with the same standard. the size of the room is adequate. the bathroom is clean. the water pressure is good. the water heather is working. the view of Penang Island from the 6th floor is nice. there are 2 lifts and the waiting is not that long. the aircond is functioning. there is connecting door too for large family and friends.

Cons:

The hotel parking structure is one of the most difficult I've encountered. The climb is narrow, and the ramps between floors feature dangerously tight turns. You must be extra, extra careful—go very slow, use your mirrors, and be prepared for potential blind spots. Larger vehicles will likely struggle to make the turns without scraping. and another down side is they dont have breakfast buffet at the hotel.
