Pros:

The location was amazing!

Cons:

When asked for housekeeping services, I never got it. I had to ask multiple times for anything and everything. The needs are really low to the ground, was not expecting that. The room key reader on my door died and was not fixed, thank goodness someone was in the room to open the door!

The wifi was so bad I couldn't use it.

The Gatsby is in a good location and clean but is overpriced
Pros:

Everything was clean and good location near my daughter’s apartment.

Cons:

For the amount charged the room was overpriced. Very loud — paper thin walls. Bathroom was extremely small. Took 10 minutes for hot water to flow, and one evening the water never got hot.

Buena ubicación, pero como hotel mejorable
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del metro y de zonas con muchos restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados etc.

Cons:

No ofrecen servicio de limpieza diario (para ser un hotel la verdad lo echamos de menos). Por otro lado, la ventana no se podía abrir y hacía que faltara ventilación. El baño bastante antiguo y tardaba mucho en salir el agua caliente, habitación en general un poco pequeña.

Pros:

The staff was amazing. Due to the plane crash we ended up stranded in New York for an extra day and the hotel only had one room available for an extra night. Was originally booked 4 rooms total and the staff helped us find other sister hotels nearby and get them booked.

Cons:

The bathroom was clean but the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner containers were broken and we were unable to use them.

Pros:

Розташування / поруч метро та магазин , та швидко заселилися, є безкоштовно вода . Каву не пили бо не смачно .

Cons:

Старенький, запах у всьому готелі не приємний і в вночі прибирають в коридорі , дуже шумно будо

Hotel razoável porém ótima localização
Pros:

Localização! Próximo ao metrô e fácil acesso a vários bairros caminhando!

Cons:

Quarto não estava limpo, tivemos que trocar de quarto no segundo dia pois chuveiro não esquentava! Pra tomar banho demora muito pra água esquenta! Após troca do apto a Tv não funcionava! Precisa de melhorias

Mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo.
Cons:

El personal me pareció que presta un mal servicio donde no se interesan por el bienestar del cliente, incluyendo la parte administrativa. El aseo de las habitaciones estuvo muy regular, me tocó insistir que limpiaran mejor mi habitación. No tenían a la venta agua potable. Además, no cumplen con las políticas de Booking de enviar a sus clientes las facturas de la estadía.
