Cons:

Hmmmm... let's get a thing straight to begin with. This hotel is a so-called "Love-hotel" (rooms can be rented by the hour). This is not a problem in itself, but the hotel had just a slightly "dodgy" touch to it : e.g. no window in the room, ... but other than that it was actually quite worth the money.

Excelente hotel en Tokio, con una muy buena relación calidad-precio.
Pros:

La habitación es grande para los estándares de la ciudad, muy limpia y cómoda. El baño es amplio, con una tina grande, todo a un precio muy conveniente.
Está ubicado en pleno Shibuya, lo que es ideal para moverse, pero puede ser ruidoso. Si buscas tranquilidad absoluta, este no es el lugar indicado.
Servicio muy amable y atento.
Muy recomendable si quieres estar en el centro de la acción.

Pros:

The location is right in the heart of Shibuya! Plus the cost of the room itself was really affordable. Be aware that it is a "love hotel" but the quality is quite high for what you're paying.

Pros:

Heel schoon en mooi, geen last van geluid. De dame die ons ontving gaf ons een lief kaartje en fles drank cadeau omdat we vieren dat we een jaar getrouwd zijn, heel erg lief! Ze gaf ons zelfs twee paraplu’s cadeau toen het regende en die hebben we mee mogen nemen. Dit hotel had misschien geen extra faciliteiten, maar ze gingen voor ons echt een stapje verder qua gastvrijheid! Erg tevreden en aan te raden. Ook loop je vanaf het hotel zo de levendige straten van Shibuya in.

Cons:

Het ventilatiesysteem klonk erg luid.

It was an amazing experience for the price and great location!
Pros:

It was in an amazing location and the lady at the front was very helpful and sweet! The rooms were so clean and spacious!

Cons:

It wasn’t a problem for me since I’m used to the noise from where I am from but it can be a bit loud outside but that wasn’t too much of a problem.

Great stay, clean facility, awesome location, will come back!
Pros:

It’s my first time booking an adult/“love” hotel! The property was actually well maintained and clean. The room we got was spacious enough for our luggages and comfortable, the bed was big and all the amenities we needed were there. The location was great as it was just a 5 minute walk from Shibuya station and crossing! Perfect for those seeking nightlife in Shibuya. Staff were friendly despite not knowing too much English, we were able to communicate through Google Translate and they were very accommodating.

Cons:

I know people would say it’s a bit of a hassle giving the room key to the lady every time you leave the premises, but I understand it is for security purposes so I did not mind at all.
