Pros:

Nice location, very good breakfast, amazing view.

Cons:

The rooms had way too many beds. They were also not clean at all. The bed wasn’t comfortable. And half of the lockers underneath the bed didn’t work and were very small, so the big bag didn’t even fit.
The bathroom was very dirty and the showers were not comfortable.

Great hotel and location, excellent facilities and service. Loved my stay here.
Pros:

After staying in a homestay in the valley in winter I needed a room with a bath and air-con to get warm and somewhere where I could make plans for the next part of my journey. So I rented a suite with balcony at Azure and it was a luxury but well worth it.

Cons:

Breakfast, continental style buffet with same food every day. Not a problem though there are good restaurants on both sides of the hotel and all along this street. Great location.

I absolutely loved the room, brilliant value for money, comfortable bed and amazing shower.
Pros:

It was very clean, spacious and well equipped.
The breakfast was amazing.
It is in a great location

Cons:

The doors to the balcony has a tiny gap at the bottom and therefore lets in sounds from the traffic.

Acogedor hotel en el centro de Sapa.
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien, además de bien localizado en el centro de Sapa. Nos hicieron un upgrade de habitaciones con balcón y vistas q elevó nuestra estancia muchísimo. Alice en recepción nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos y más, consiguiéndonos boletos para subir al Fansipan y otros tours. Hermosa estadía, mejor su personal.
