حجزي كان شقة غرفتين وصالة وحمامين ، وبسبب انهم تاخروا عليه في تسجيل الدخول ، اعطوني شقة 3 غرف وصاله وحمامين ،
الموقع ممتاز وكل شي قريب منك ، والموظفين جدا محترمين وخدومين
العزل جدا ضعيف بين الغرف وتسمع كل اللي حولك
عدم وجود عوازل
نسمع اصوات الشقق الي جبنا
لم يعجبني اطلاقاً وليس مطابق للوصف او لطلبي نهائياً
غير مطل على البحر ليس به بلكونه قديم المبنى جداً جداً التكييف حاار لايوجد انترنت نهائيا غير مطابق لطلبي خرجت جيك اوت ثالث يوم وتركت 6 ليالي ورفضوا ان يسترجعوا حساب 6 ليالي مع الرغم تم تأجيرها مباشره فور خروجنا

السعر اخذنا غرفتين من غير صالة بسعر عالي

(وصلنا متاخر وبرضه غرفنا لم تجهز واحتجنا ننتظر اكثر )

العزل تسمع صوت الجيران كأنكم سوا
الافطار تابع للمطعم اللي في نهاية الطابق
انصح بعدم اخذ الافطار مع الحجز لا يستحق المبلغ
قربه من المطار والخدمات، يوجد تكييف، نظيف.
صغر حجم الغرف والسرير.
الموقع على شارع العرب في طرابزون كل شي قريب منك المطاعم والمصارف والسوبرماركتات. النظافة ممتازة. فيه شخص عراقي في الإستقبال تبارك الرحمن الإحترام.
حاجز في الطابق (الثالث) وكان الطابق الرابع عبارة عن مطعم فالإزعاج كان شي ماتتخيله. الإفطار ماكان بوفيه كان في المطعم اللي في الطابق الرابع يقدمولك إفطار من إختيارهم.
أعجبتني الاطلالة فقط
الفندق أقل من اسمه فندق شقق.. والنظافة يحتاج لها نظافة.. غير مرضي ابدا الأرض تتلصق! والممرات أيضا تمسح بمساحة غير نظيفة.! الروائح كريهه لايوجد عوازل! ازعاج شديد في الأعلى إلى ساعات متأخره من الليل 2 ص تسحيب كراسي والكفي.. الاصانصير بطئ جدا! ومتسخ...
الاستقبال اغلب الوقت غير موجودين.. خصوصا الصباح
بنسوي الخروج ما في اي احد! انتظرنا لحد ما جات من جلستها اللي برا.
على العموم المكان بالكامل الله يسامح اللي قيموا بشكل إيجابي توهقنا فيه...
أيضا الافطار المجاني.. تطلع الكافي اللي ما يفتح فطور الا ٩ ونص ويقولك افطارك المجاني فقط محدود.. تقوله اي عطني الإفطار المخصص والمدفوع مسبقا.. يجيب لك صحن بطاطس مقلي وزيتون رائحه غير مقبوله شريحه جبن وملعقة نوتلا وبيضه الحمدلله على النعمه....

No parking for car , and my car was picked up by traffic police.
No privacy in rooms, no voice isolation
The breakfast is little, no variety, seems as they put just food for a patient in order to sustain/survive not as tourist coming to enjoy a vacation.

Not very clean and you have to request them to clean otherwise they will not. Reality is so different from the pictures.

التعامل من الموظفين والفطور والاطلاله والصدق بالتعامل مافيه تلاعب👍🏻
كانت اقامه لمدة اربع ليالي ممتازه ورائعه في وسط الخدمات والكافيات والمطاعم ومن المطار مشي بالاقدام لمدة 7 دقائق
حجزي غرفتين مطله على البحر من اجمل ما رأيت للامانه
الاخ اليمني حسام محمد اضافه رائعه في الفندق يلبي جميع الطلبات ويهتم بنفسه على متطلبات النزلاء للامانه فندق يستحق التجربه
المطبخ متكامل ونظيف وغسالة ملابس جيده
الغرف واسعه ونظيفه ومريحه
انصح فيه جدا رائع
الافطار لا يستحق الدفع مقابل الافطار السئ عباره عن بيضه واحد مسلوق وبطاطس مقلي فقط هو الشي السئ في الفندق
موظفي المطعم سيئين جدا من ناحية التقديم والنظافه والتعامل في الدور الرابع لا انصح التعامل معهم ابداً
لذلك لا انصح الحجز بالافطار تكلفه على شي لا يستحق ابداً
الغرفتين لايوجد فيهم الا دورة مياه واحد تمنيت اكثر لعدد النزلاء
الطابق الثالث سكنت فيه انزعجت من الدور الرابع مطعم مؤذي اصواته في الليل لتسحيب الكراسي والطاولات والتنظيف
فقط هذا ما رأيت

1-عدم مطابقة الصور للواقع فالصورة بالاطلالة لغرف معينة .
2-ضيق الغرف .
3- تأخر تسليم الغرف فإحدى الغرف فالغرفة الأولى سلمت الساعة 2 والثانية لم تسلم إلا الساعة 3
