Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The service was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall pleasant atmosphere. Everything was organized professionally, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay again.

Cons:

battery noise and fire alarm flashes all night. left before breakfast, although it was paid for upon arrival. The administrator said that the director of the complex would call back and suggest how to fix it. No one called back, we left without even tea and coffee (no one was there except for the security guard in the morning).
