Basic hotel-stayed two nights-was fine for our needs. Clean.
Pros:

Very convenient for our work needs. Beds were comfortable. Rooms had refrigerators and microwave.

Cons:

Bathroom needs work-no mirror, missing towel holders.

Pros:

Plenty of parking

Cons:

No toilet paper, had to unplug the refrigerator to plug in the microwave after setting the microwave in a chair so the plug would reach, no lights in the bathroom, wind blowing through the no weather stripped door all for 150$. I've stayed in better 50$ motels.

Excellent location to overnight on way from Tucson to beach house on MX Pacific near Ensanada
Pros:

Good location for drive next day to cross border at Tecate in Mexico.

Cons:

No where really local to get dinner or breakfast (we brought something for dinner, and had breakfast in Mexico Tecate).

Fine for a quick overnight.
Pros:

We had an event at 3 pm, and they allowed us to check in early.
Room was clean, and the beds comfy. It's also quiet.

Cons:

The building itself is a bit weary. We were told there would be coffee at 7 am. At 8 am, the room was locked and had cleaning materials and a vacuum in the area where the coffee was.

It satisfied most our needs, but it wasn't great.
Pros:

It had working AC which was the most important thing and the bed was clean.

Cons:

Our room wasn't ready for us, at 10pm when we arrived way later than expected. Then they tried to give us a twin room, when we paid for a king. The refrigerator was busted and smelly, good thing we brought a cooler with us.

Very old facility with really no amenities but the room was clean, cheap and in a location perfect for me.

No coffee! Was told coffee available at 0530 in office. Office was locked up till 0640 when I quit checking. Will bring my own mini coffee maker upon next stay 🤷🏽‍♂️
