Exceptional hotel
Pros:

The facilities were spotlessly clean. The room was very comfortable, brand new.. The location was a bit further, but they had a free shuttle bus. When the shuttle bus was not working, the staff arrange for me a private car. Even there was no need to ask me for it. They just noticed, it was not working and told me that somebody wold pick me up (for free).
The staff was very helpful and caring.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.

I was disappointed about this place.
Pros:

Parking and shuttle to Basilica

Cons:

The Air conditioner was out, the shower was clogged, and one person of the staffing talked some bad things about us in Italian. And the breakfast is very poor and not well served.
