لا يوجد شيء جيد فى الفندق إلا قربه من الحرم

لا يعرفون شيء على النظافة الغرفه بدون تهويه و بها رائحة كريهة
جميع المفروشات قذرة و غير نظيفه
الارضيه موكيت لم يتم تنظيفه من قبل ومليء بالبقع
المراتب وسخه وغير نظيفه وبها بقع وبقايا اكل وشعر
الحمام رائحته كريهه وغير نظيف ولا يوجد به تهوية ولم ينظف من قبل
الخزانه لا يوجد بها اي شيء لتعليق الملابس
لا يوجد اوتي لكوى الملابس
الكاتل قذر وبه بقع مجهوله
أسوء فندق على الإطلاق واسوء اقامه
ارجو ازالته من البرنامج وعمل تقيم حقيقي للفنادق الموجوده في البرنامج

The staff didnt seem like a problem, like some others have said. And the room service guy (robiul islam) was a very pleasant and caring guy. Location was 5 min. From the prophet’s mosque

Cons:

It was very dirty, some other guest had sneezed at the wall and left snot on it, and it hasnt even been cleaned. only one out of the 3 beds i slept in was comfortable and didnt have anything sharp plastic digging in my back. Many people are living in worse conditions so all this didnt really bother me, other than the price we pay for something that should not be priced like this, and this is throughout the hayah company hotels. I found just outside 10 min from the mosque a way better hotel with cleaner room and way cheaper. I would kot recommend unless u need something very close for cheaper than average

the price should be more modirate than it was . because it was one Star
