Highly recommended for Hajj/ Umrah.
Pros:

Everything was exceptional at the Hotel. Clean rooms, amazing staff, and just minutes from Haram. Made our Umrah so much easier and comfortable. The hospitality and service were top-notch. The receptionists Sultan and Salah were very accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel to all pilgrims. JazakAllah to the entire team!

If male manager and back office staff are not support for refund the stay in hotel like hell
Pros:

Supporting Manager and back office male staff
They have disrespectful receptionist she don't know how to talk to guests.
Location very good

Cons:

No wifi
Value of money is zero
not recommended to family
Female receptionist not good. if hotel management wants to run there business they must kick her out she is very bad impression of the hotel and its my honest review

Overall good.
Pros:

Location is good. Close to gate 310. Nice restaurants around. Beds, linens, washrooms all nice and clean. Parking is small, but I got for half of my stay.

Cons:

The carpet is not very clean, probably old.
