Pros:

A beautiful and comfortable hotel located conveniently close to the Haram. What truly made my stay special, however, was the exceptional service provided by Amani at the reception. She was extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

The hotel offers very good value for money, and I would definitely recommend it. It is well worth trying.

Pros:

Location was awesome. Just 5 minutes walk to Gate No. 310. Economical also as compared to neighborhood.

Cons:

In this price you have to compromise with the facilities. Room service never available when required. The receptionist girl is so well mannered. She always apologize for the service staff un respond queries of other service staff. I think it is due to the less staff.
