Pros:

The setting of the suite...The Dark Knight was cozy, with two bedrooms and two connected bathrooms which was a speciality. The staff were cordial.

Cons:

The bathrooms didn't have hot water facility although continuously we were assured of it, the check out time is 10.00am whereas the check in time is 12.00pm. You are not giving 12 hours for such a huge amount paid. That is a huge demerit.

Pros:

The location was great. Close to the Jagannath temple and the rooms were spacious and clean.

Cons:

You could hear all the traffic while trying to sleep. The water pressure kept going up and down (5 second intervals) so the water was really hot and then cold.

Excellent stay in a divine place
Pros:

Very courteous staff respecting people and practices (E.g.: removed shoes while serving food). Great themes for each room which added to a very comfortable stay. Beautiful large two rooms per suite that can easily accommodate two families.

Cons:

Few corners in the rooms and bathrooms could have been a bit more cleaner - nothing serious. Bathroom floors were a bit slippery for my parents but the staff said that they will address it sooner.
