Did not sleep for all 5 nights due to noise. No one spoke English. Room was not cleaned for 2 days
Pros:

It was close to the church of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Walking distance was approximately 9 minutes.

Cons:

The street noise at all hours. Tour buses stopping right outside the window and kept running for more than 20 minutes. Cars blaring loud music middle of the night, vendors with loud speakers, No Air condition in the room.

Nada, nisiquiera me respetaron la habitación que reservé.

Cons:

Pésimo servicio, no respetaron mi reservación. Cuando llegué me dijeron que no tenían habitaciones y que no se podía hacer nada porque no tenían ninguna disponible, entonces si no había disponibilidad ¿por que aceptaron mi reserva?. La solucion que ofrecieron era darme 2 habitaciones sencillas (mi reserva fue por una habitación doble) y hacerme un descuento. Yo viajaba con mi hijo menor de edad y mi esposo, obviamente no nos íbamos a quedar en habitaciones separadas. La verdad fue muy molesto.

esta bien si vas de ida y vuelta

la ubicacion esta muy bien y mas si vas a la basilica de Guadalupe, eso es excelente

que las puertas no son insonoras, se escucha todo y pues los ruidos de las demas habitaciones se escuchan y te despiertan

Limpo e bom. Localizado perto da igreja.

Cons:

As escadas são muito escorregadias, de porcelanato e não tem uma fita antiderrapante. Minha mãe idosa caiu.
