A very comfortable stay with exceptional staff
Pros:

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Very helpful with restaurant guides. Close to Roman Palace

Nothing really. It was smaller than we were used to but that was reflected in the price

Pros:

The attitude of the hotel staff was amazing: smiling, helpful and when some problem happened to the shower head in our room, it was attended to within 5 minutes - fantastic. On checking out, the kind lady even offered us coffees on the house!

Cons:

The mattresses felt like a bit old and worn.

Great staff and could not do enough to help you. The hotel is comfortable and close to the main bus stop.

Perfect for a stay.
Pros:

The ideal place to stay in P. Armerina if you travel with your own car. It is easy to reach. One can park for free in front of the hotel. Friendly and professional staff at reception and breakfast area. Nice breakfast buffet.

Would stay again.
Pros:

Large room with 2 beds. Modest but acceptable breakfast. Front Desk lady very helpful. Suggested local restaurants as hotel restaurant was not providing dinner. There is a good Supermercati 10 minute walk from hotel. Parking in area next to hotel that is owned by hotel and has video surveillance.

Nothing.
