Fatal no se puede dormir está muy cerca donde pasa el tren y ya a las 5 am no se puede dormir por la buya.
Pros:

Nada, no tiene parqueo, en el baño habían dos cucarachas.

Cons:

Hotel sin parqueo, tuve que buscar parqueo a altas horas de la noche, olía a humedad y en el baño encontramos dos cucarachas.

Excellent for the most part, but didn’t appreciate the cockiness of the owner’s partner.

Reception & Housekeeping Staff (OUTSTANDING)

Cons:

Management (one of the owners) was somewhat dismissive of my concerns pertaining to the room air conditioner. He’s very cocky & condescending. Though the A/C was brand new, it did not blow cold air. The Receptionist, Maintenance Mgr & that one Manager, were all aware the A/C was not operating correctly. The first two staffers were respectful about the issues, but that one manager insinuated that the issue was due to me not understanding how the control settings work. Because, I like the primary owner, Matt, I didn’t catch a bad attitude with his partner. All he needed to do was just acknowledge there was an issue (like the others did) with the system and ask me (as a paying customer) how might the hotel make amends for the inconvenience. Fortunately I’m not a complainer, & will continue doing business with Matt, but I will never interact with his partner again.

Recommend hotel
Pros:

Same owners as Hotel Castillo. Owners Matt and Darren were kind enough to switch me to another apartment unit when there was an issue with the keys. Both hotels are near each other and close to restaurants. Excellent breakfast lunch and dinner served at Hotel Castillo.

Pros:

Habitación bien

Cons:

No pudimos dormir, había un grupo de extranjeros bebiendo y haciendo mucho escándalo, la administración no se preocupó por establecer un horario para terminar con las actividades nocturnas.
Deberían mejorar eso.
