Decent stay, but disappointing staff
Pros:

The rooms were neat and clean, and the breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The staff behaviour felt disappointing. We felt like constantly being judged. Also, while we were leaving, the receptionist followed us outside to check if all our dues were paid, even though all our dues were settled. I have been to other hotels, but never ever experienced this kind of behaviour.

Great hotel, staff are impeccable, nothing too much trouble, they go above and beyond!
Pros:

The staff are amazing. My daughter fell ill on the trip and needed to visit a doctor. The hotel arranged for a car to take us there and back and a staff meme er very kindly stayed with us at the hospital for several hours. Incredible customer service, extremely helpful.
