Great hotel in a good location. Very clean and modern.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great. Very near to the metro station.
The hotel was very clean, the room had a good size and it is very cozy. I liked the breakfast room and the daily choice of food. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Great staff, clean rooms
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, hotel was clean and breakfast selection was good. Walking distance from the nearest metro station and near a convenient store.

CP值很高，房間很大，如果還會去杭州會再次入住
Pros:

要什麼有什麼，還是可愛的機器送，有免費的洗衣機跟烘衣機，這是最驚訝的，但可惜沒有使用到，早餐也非常豐富多樣

Cons:

不知道是隔音不好？還是杭州的喇叭聲實在是太多了

a short stay but definitely would come back when I come back to Hangzhou
Pros:

really amazing staff and the hotel felt very modern and the shower eco felt like you were in a tropical spa. I don't usually bother with reviews but the staff were so lovely and helpful.

Cons:

nothing to complain , they have laundry facilities but didn't get to use it.

Sono stato davvero benissimo in questo hotel, ci tornerei e lo raccomando a tutti! 10 !
Pros:

Prima di tutto la posizione. L'hotel si trova a 2-3 min a piedi dalla metropolitana WULIN uscita A2. Vicino anche al lago dell'est in una zona tranquilla e molto comoda sul fiume. La stanza era gigante, colazione abbondante e varia, personale molto gentile e premuroso. Mi ha aiutato in tante piccole richieste. Ci tornerò sicuramente se torno in città.

Cons:

Assolutamente niente. Direi che era tutto meglio delle mie aspettative.

Muy acogedor, es precioso nos encantó. La ubicación muy buena.

Cons:

El ruido de los coches, está al lado de una gran avenida, recomiendo coger las habitaciones que dan al jardín. Ya que no tienen ruido.

Pros:

Замечательный отель! Понравилось всё от локации до номеров. Проживали в нем дважды. В начале поездки в Китай и на обратном пути перед отлетом домой. В первый раз нам дали уютный номер с балконом. Вид был на реку и было очень тихо. Во второй раз был тоже комфортный номер, но окна выходили на большую улицу, поэтому было немного шумно. Очень вкусные завтраки. Есть как китайские блюда, так и достаточный выбор для европейского завтрака. Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. В отеле есть прачечная на крыше здания с очень милой террасой.
Локация отеля очень удобная, рядом много заведений где можно вкусно поесть. Рядом с отелем есть автобусные остановки, а метро находится примерно в 5-7 минутах пешком от отеля. Западное озеро находится примерно в 1,5-2 км от отеля.
Обязательно остановлюсь в этом отеле снова когда буду в Ханчжоу
