Excellent.
Pros:

Great place, excellent location. Walkable distance to Wulin. The room is cozy, the room service is excellent. The front desk was super helpful in every single way. The breakfast was a buffet style, has a lot of healthy options out there. The room is also super quiet at night. The security guard helped me to load all my suitcases into didi taxi. He was extremely helpful!

Cons:

The air conditioning is slightly on the more warmer side but I was able to turn it off. The room could be even better if it has a little fragrance.

Modern hotel and great service
Pros:

Modern and clean hotel which had their interior design resembling the vibe of a Muji Hotel. What stood out the most was the smooth check in and check out process. We had no issues at all. All information were provided at check in (i.e. laundry, check in and out time, breakfast and amenities). We experienced great service from the staffs. They were friendly, helpful and accepted my Taobao orders on my behalf without being annoyed by it (I had a lot). The room had bluetooth sound system which can be controlled by your phone and the curtains were electronically controlled - a nice modern feature of the hotel.

Cons:

There was no exhaust fan above the toilet and it was not enclosed, meaning the smell could escape and travel to sleeping area. This was particularly disturbing and unsanitary.... Additionally the door for the toilet is also the door for the shower. This was particularly awkward when staying with a friend as both facilities could not be used at the same time.

Very good price with breakfast for 2 persons. Close to metro and Xihu lake.
Pros:

Hotel is near metro station Wulinmen. Xihu lake is 2 stations from it. Good breakfast included for attractive price. Big shoping center is 10 minutes walking distance.

Cons:

In January the room is cold. So you need to heat it quite long with air condition.
