快適な滞在
Pros:

キレイなホテルで快適な滞在でした。近所にミニスーパーもあります。
最寄りの地下鉄駅（Kosmonavtlar）まで300メートルぐらい、こちらの駅、ソ連の宇宙飛行士をフィーチャーしてあり、ちょっとした名所のようです。

Cons:

有料でもアーリーチェックイン、レイトチェックアウトをしたかったのですが、どちらも出来ませんでした。人気のあるホテルなので仕方ないのかもしれません。

Muy bien, excepto el pesimo servicio de transfer desde el aeropuerto

Muy buena ocuoacion y muy buen servicio y desayuno

Cons:

Contratamoa el servicio de transfer con el hotel y el servicio fue pesimo. Eran las 1am y el chofer nos dejo en portal proximo qye no era el del hotel…..se lo comente y no hablaba ingles….busque yo mismo el hotel, estaba proximo, y mientras ya habia el chofer bajado las maletas a la calle y se fue sin despedirse….muy mal….por un servicio de 25 usd, muy caro en tashkent. El hotel deberia controlar estas actitudes, pues son responsables….yo lo contrate con el hotel…..

Ulugbek, the receptionist, was extremely nice and helpful, gave us a lot of good tips for the city!
The welcome message was really helpful to get you grounded on the way from the airport to the hotel, especially the part on the taxi drivers.

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard.

Pros:

Все было хорошо. Матрас то что надо. Все чисто и красиво. Отличное расположение. Хочешь пешком ходи, хочешь на такси - все рядом. Персонал отзывчивый. Багаж до размещения разместили. Завтрак разнообразный. Булочки горячие просто отпад.

Cons:

Единственно что напрягло, завтрак был заявлен с 7 утра, у нас был самолет до обеда и мы пришли в 7 утра, но ресторан не был готов, и только после нашего розыска сотрудника началось медленное заполнение готовыми блюдами, к 7-30 все вынесли и начали готовить омлет. Просто отелю нужно тогда говорить о том, что завтрак начинается с 7-30, а не 7-00. Для нас эти полчаса были критичными.
Зеркало в ванной было наверное для клиентов ростом 1,8 метра, я в нем видела только свою макушку)))

Buena ubicación y muy cerca del metro. Instalaciones modernas y limpias y personal muy agradable.

Cons:

Nos dijeron al hacer el check-in que el desayuno era a partir de las 7:00 y cuando fuimos al día siguiente no había nadie y nos dijeron que era a partir de las 7:30. A las 7:15 cuando hicimos el check out había gente desayunando.

Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propreté de notre chambre, la taille de la salle de bain ainsi que l'emplacement proche de la station de métro.
Le personnel est très attentif, mais un merci particulier à Ulug Beg qui nous a aidé avec beaucoup de serviabilité le jour de notre départ.

CERCA DE LA ESTACION DEL METRO COSMOSCALLA.
