Непонятно, но очень интересно.
Pros:

Хорошее расположение, чистый, уютный, хорошие завтраки.

Cons:

Встретили недружелюбно. Девушка при заселении сказала, за ранее прибытие , если хотите сейчас уже попасть в номер, то необходимо доплатить. Мы отказались, сказали пойдем гулять. Время было 13:20. Через 2 минуты нас заселили без проблем. Зачем это было предложено, непонятно. Также впервые я подписывала бумагу( хотя где уже только не была) где было указано, если что-то испортите, позже с вашей карты будет списана некая сумма. В номере было жутко холодно, телевизор на китайском языке. Нет фена.

Жили 5 дней , номер хороший и просторный , убирались очень хорошо каждый день. Отдельное спасибо персоналу за доброжелат

Очень хороший и доброжелательный персонал , все просьбы выполняли быстро и качественно . Чистый, свежий и просторный номер. Местоположение отличное , до всех достопримечательностей близко и метро рядом .

Pros:

入住酒店两天，觉得酒店员工服务很好，入住第一天下午下大雪，一个小伙子协助我们用Yandex Go点外卖，离开酒店时候，酒店员工Timur帮忙打印小白条和将打包好的早餐送给我们。酒店离宇航员地铁站很近，走路几分钟就到，方便出行。

All in all it’s 8 out of 10 for long stay. And even 10 out of 10 for short stay.
Pros:

Clean, very polite and flexible staff.

Cons:

Noise isolation is poor. Spa - it’s only sauna. without hammam. Breakfasts- always the same (I stayed 1 month, and literally ate the same food daily). There are ergonomic issues in interior. Very expensive laundry.

Ответственный и дружелюбный персонал. Очень чисто и комфортно в отеле. Вкусные завтраки, есть большой выбор. Хорошее месторасположение, рядом есть метро и недалеко рестораны.

Одеяла тонкие, ночью было прохладно.

Pros:

The room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was tasty. However, the extremely helpful staff deserve special mention - especially Timur, whose assistance went far beyond the standard I have encountered in other hotels. Ulukbek was also helpful.

Cons:

A significant issue was the excessively high temperature in the room. I understand that switching the system from heating mode to cooling mode throughout the entire hotel is not simple, but high temperature in room significantly reduces the comfort of the stay. If it weren’t for this, the hotel would be perfect.

I'd like to share my honest review of my experience at the Harris Hotel. The hotel's overall aesthetic is modern, with clean rooms, fresh towels and bed sheets, and a comfortable bed and pillow.


Pros:

·       Good location, near metro train station

·       Modern aesthetics

·       Includes breakfast buffet (7:30am-10:00am)

·       Clean

F&B servers require training and attention to detail, ensuring guests ordering from the egg stations are served promptly in a timely manner.


·        Service staff should greet guests to make them feel welcome. I suggest they also check on the dining guests to ensure everything is okay. If they need anything.


I recommend staff service refresher training. Highlighting the difference between "SERVICE and HOSPITALITY", going the extra mile, above and beyond. Elevating the guest's experience!


·       Hotel maintenance services requires thorough room check


We stayed at Room 1105, and the TV was not working. It was replaced after 2.5 hours.


The TV remote battery ran out and needed to be replaced. I had to flag these issues with the reception desk.


Lastly, I would like to commend 3 of your employees for their outstanding service and special assistance to my wife and me during our stay at the Harris Hotel.


Adusomad and Abdulaziz replaced the TV in our room. Abdulaziz ensured that my wife and I had a good breakfast on our last day!


Munasi facilitates service improvements and communicates with her team to ensure constructive feedback is well received.


Conclusion:

I would still highly recommend the Harris Hotel if you are staying in Tashkent!

Great value
Pros:

Everything is so good. The room is clean, warm, and spacious. The location is great, very close to the metro station. The staffs are really nice. The gentleman named Tim and another lady who checked me in on the 1st of March were very helpful. I had to leave the hotel too early for the breakfast, but the hotel provided me a breakfast box. Very impressive.

Cons:

Maybe just a room for improvement - Although the room is clean in general, the corner of the shower got a bit of black mold.
