Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja obiektu - blisko metra i ścisłego centrum. Obiekt na wysokim poziomie - smaczne śniadania, czyste i dobrze wyposażone pokoje, przechowalnia bagażu. Bardzo pomocny presonel, a szczególnie Timurlan, który udzielił nam wszystkich informacji.

Cons:

Mało wieszaków w łazience.

Pros:

Wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is very clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Timur, he is friendly and handsome. He helped us arrange breakfast, organized transportation and assisted with our luggage. His service was incredibly thoughtful. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip!

First class hotel
Pros:

Very well located close to the metro, Kosmonavtlar, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. A small supermarket is across the road.

A modern and very comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds and good bathroom.

An excellent buffet breakfast with a wide variety of food, including omelette made to order.

All the staff were really helpful and welcoming. A special mention for Timurlan, a charming and star employee who speaks English and Spanish.

A great value hotel that's highly recommended !!

A really good hotel !
Pros:

The Worst Hotel Experience

To begin with, my stay at your hotel was the worst experience, and it is a place that should be avoided.

I am writing this review not to attack any individual staff member personally, even though I have clear proof and the name of the receptionist on duty.


(1) When I checked into my room, there was already someone else inside.
This was a terrifying experience.
When I reported this to the front desk, the receptionist simply said "check-in mistake."

No compensation for the shock and distress caused.

(2) At checkout, the hotel issued an official Uzbekistan registration documents with incorrect information.

The document stated that my check-in time was just two minutes before my checkout time.

Providing inaccurate official registration documents to foreign tourists creates a serious risk of legal complications with immigration authorities at the airport.

Due to these failures, this hotel cannot be recommended.

(3) Price Change Confusion

The price on the booking site suddenly changed to $5.
The hotel said it was a booking site error.

But why did this error only happen at this hotel?
Other hotels had no issues at all.

Even after coming back home, I still feel very angry and upset. It was the worst experience.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel.

(4) Dear General Manager,

I would like to request that you provide continuous training and monitoring for your reception staff to ensure that future travelers do not have to go through the same unpleasant experience.

I sincerely hope to see improvements in your customer service.

Pros:

We had a really great stay at Harris Hotel and were very happy with everything. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices, and the overall value for money was excellent.

A special thank you to Ulugbek and Abdusomad. Both of them were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They always welcomed us with a smile and made us feel very comfortable during our stay. Their excellent service really stood out and made our experience even better.

From the cleanliness and breakfast to the friendly staff and the reasonable price, everything was simply great. We honestly have nothing negative to say.

We would definitely choose Harris Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with excellent service and great value for money!

Остались очень довольны гостиницей! ❤️ Понравилось абсолютно всё — от вкусного и разнообразного завтрака до удобного расположения.

Отдельный плюс — рядом находятся станции метро, поэтому добраться в любую точку Ташкента очень удобно. Персонал приветливый, в гостинице чисто и уютно.

Спасибо за гостеприимство! Обязательно вернусь сюда снова и с удовольствием буду рекомендовать эту гостиницу другим. 🌷
