Excellent location, wonderful staff and comfy room
Pros:

Hotel close to metro station, around 10 minutes walk. There is a convenience store right beside, that was great. Room itself was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast had a good balance of local items and standard stuff. I mostly interacted with Abduqammok( I hope i spelled it right), Tim and a lady who I didnt get the name of. All of them were very helpful, answering my questions and providing useful info on exploring the city, restaurant recommendations, transport arrangements. They have a luggage storage room, so I was able to leave my big luggage when I went to Samarkand. I had a few hours to kill between checking out and goin to airport on, and they were very gracious and let me wait at the lobby. The walk from metro station to hotel felt very safe even late at night. Overall a wonderful place, and I would definately come back if I am back in Tashkent in future.

Pros:

Otel konum olarak çok iyi bir noktada. Odalar çok temizdi ve seçtiğimiz odanın büyüklüğü gayet iyiydi. Kahvaltısı doyurucu ve yeterliydi. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Check-out da bizimle ilgilenen Uluğbek Bey'e samimi sohbetinden ve güler yüzünden dolayı ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum.

Cons:

Bir puan kırma sebebim yatakların çok konforlu olmaması. Bize biraz sert geldi, geliştirilebilir.

Güzel
Pros:

Otel çok temiz, personeller güler yüzlü,kahvaltısı güzel. Otelin konumu güzel metroya yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz.

Cons:

Kahvaltı sırasında bütün masalar boş olmasına rağmen temizlenmemişti. Personele söylememize rağmen yavaş haraket ettiler ve kendimiz temizlemek zorunda kaldık.

きれいで快適
Pros:

大使館が隣にあるような、中心部だけど静かな場所。部屋も設備もとてもきれいでした。
地下鉄のkosmonavtlar駅も徒歩圏内。また、徒歩7,8分のところにkorzinkaのスーパーもあるので、食料品やお土産を買うのに便利でした。

Cons:

洗面所のミラーの位置が高すぎるので、背が低い人にとってはもう少し低い方がいいと思います。
テレビが中国のもので、アプリもコンテンツも中国のものか有料のものしかなかったので、実質何も観れず残念だった。

Comfort room in good location with nice staff
Pros:

Very good location in central Tashkent. The supermarket and subway station are just around the corner and walking distance from Timer Square.
The breakfast buffet is nice with a wide varieties.
Room is big and beds are comfortable.
The staff is friendly and knows what you need before you ask.

Cons:

The air conditioner is quite weak compared to the hot weather.
The table is very small for such size double room.

Hotel ok , Service fraglich
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sauber und die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Service leider nicht die Stärke bzw. kommt es darauf an wer gerade Schicht hat.
Wir mussten früh zum Flughafen und hatten gefragt ob wir schon vor 7 Uhr frühstücken könnten.
Beim Check In hieß es gar kein Problem wir sollen nur sagen wann. Uns ging es dabei um va. 15 Minuten vor dem offiziellen Frühstück.
Als wir dann abends Bescheid geben wollten, dass es nett wäre wenn wir 15 Minuten früher einen Kaffee trinken, hat ein mittlerweile anderer Mitarbeiter uns fast ausgelacht und mitgeteilt dass es auf keinen Fall geht.
Als wir am nächsten Morgen 5 Minuten vor Sieben runter sind und dort auch gefragt haben ob wir schon einen Kaffee bekommen, hieß es kein Problem vom Personal im Frühstücksraum. Als wir dann unseren Kaffee ( 4 Minuten vor 7 Uhr) tranken und NICHTS gegessen hatten , kam der Mitarbeiter vom Empfang runter und hat uns unterwiesen, dass wir auf keinen Fall das machen dürfen , es unfair sei, wir uns gefälligst an die Zeit halten sollen….Es ging hier am Ende um 5 Minuten und einen Kaffee aber wir wurden angefahren als hätten wir das Buffet leer geplündert und anderen Gästen nichts übrig gelassen haben.
Sorry wir reisen in jeden Ferien und viel geschäftlich sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt. Service sieht anders aus.

Wir würden hier nicht mehr übernachten zumal gerade in Usbekistan wir unglaublich viel Gastfreundlichkeit und Service erlebt haben. Nur nicht in diesem Hotel.
