Most comfotable stay in Tashkent
Pros:

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the kitchen, which made it easy to prepare my own meals whenever I wanted.
The staff deserves a special mention for their friendliness and professionalism. They were always ready to assist and went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The location is also excellent—close to main attractions and with easy access to transportation.

HORROR PLACE & BAD SERVICE
Pros:

it takes 10 minutes to international airport

Cons:

I stay here for 1 day only, no nights
but i paid more for 3 days 2 night booking
assume that i will get the airport transfer service

But unlucky me...
- they didnt provide their airport transfer service as stated in the ads
- when we book, they said ok noted, but when the time come they just left the apartment and ignore us
- we came here by ourself and back to airport also by Yandex

Please just book other hotel. Trust me.

Pros:

Great and spacious space. Good location. Big supermarket 1 minute away and access to kitchen was great.

Cons:

Staff were not very present during our stay so when we needed something, we had to wait after requesting it by WhatsApp. Also, did not provide us with registration papers when we left and we had to insist +++ to get them. They finally sent it to us nearly 1 week after we left. Not having the proper registration papers can possibly lead to a fine when you leave the country. So we where very stressed about that.

Good value, friendly host.
Pros:

Room #2 is spacious and quiet. The B&B is on the 11th floor of an apartment building. Inside the apartment, there is a common living room area and kitchen. Laundry machine available. Breakfast is basic. There is a supermarket nearby. Free airport transfer provided.

Cons:

Sewer odor from toilet, need to close toilet door. Need to put a sign out in front of building so customers can locate the building

Disappointing stay
Pros:

Very difficult to find the accommodation. No where it says where it is or where you need to go when you arrive at the given adres. We tried to contact the hotel for over 45 minutes trying to find/ get into the hotel. We did this though the booking chat, whatsapp, telegram and just calling. No response. Best thing about it was that I never saw the girl at the reception not being on her phone. So how this could be a wait for 45 minutes, I have no idea.

Upon booking I got asked if I wanted the free airport transfer. I responded that I was interested and asked a question about this transfer. It took them 14 hours to respond to this message. And upon arrival there of course was no transfer.

Also please note that the site says you can pay with card, but you can't. The only accepted card is the local bank, so make sure you have enough cash on you.
And if you have cash, make it exactly what you need to pay, because they have no change.

We stayed in the King Suite but it was everything apart from a suite. The bathroom was dirty with hairs of previous people. Tiles coming of the wall and please don't look at all the electricity cables. Jacuzzi doesn't work as well. The TV screen in the room is brand-new, because they hung it up the wall without a socket being there.

Positive thing was that someone got up very early to make us breakfast at 5 in the morning when we had to leave early. Very nice and tasty breakfast!

I hoped for sth different
Pros:

Staff is great and friendly. Size of room is also okay.

Cons:

In hindsight I would have just gotten a decent hotel with breakfast buffet near a metro station. Instead I got one room with bathroom, with a non-working AC and hottub. There are no water bottles nor private fridge, internet is flakey and the sheets had wholes in them. Bed was made only once during a 3-day stay. For breakfast I had to wait one hour on the first day and it is very basic. Its not some fancy suite, but rest of the shared (appartment) is nice if you use it.

Pros:

This property is beautiful and is kept pristinely clean. The bed room was large with an equally big bathroom. Every staff member was so lovely and helpful. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

Pleasant and enjoyable stay
Pros:

This was just an overnight stop in Tashkent. It was a large room with 6 beds high up in an apartment building. The AC worked and it was down the road from a supermarket and restaurants. The host was very kind and spoke English and let us keep our bags there while we explored the next day. We had use of the kitchen and sitting areas and the toilets were separate from the room just outside. The hosts organised a free transfer from the airport (called taxi on our behalf)
Overall pleasant stay and great hosts.
