Finom és bőséges reggeli és vacsora válszték. Kedves és segítőkész személyzet, sok lehetőség gyermekeknek. Gyermek animációs program, szánkó a kinti szórakozàshoz. Az állatpark is nagyon jó, volt lehetőség simogatásra is.

Gyönyörű környezet, gyerekbarát, szuper játszórész,kint is bent is, Mini állatkert, gyerekmozi a hotelben , választékos ételek, tágas tér.
A szobában voltak elhasznált állapotú dolgok: karnis rögzítése,konnektor kijárt a helyéről. A wellnes volt kicsit csalódás , a hideg medencevíz nem volt hívogató.
Very child-friendly hotel, large, nicely furnished room with a balcony, clean, mountain view, delicious food, attractions for children, games, swimming pool, saunas, jacuzzi, zoo, close to the ski lift, good Wi-Fi, very nice hotel staff.

A szálloda gyönyörű helyen található, a parkolás egyszerű, a kilátás pazar.
A szobánk felújított, modern bútorokkal volt berendezve, ez kifejezetten tetszett.
Szebb napokat is látott a hotel. A kárpitok foltosak, a wellness nagyon pici. A reggeli és vacsora kínálat közepes.
Sajnos nem volt egyértelmű, hogy ez a hely kifejezetten a családos ügyfeleket célozza, ennek megfelelően szinte kizárólag kisgyermekes család jár ide. Ebből adódóan az egész szálloda zajos, pihenésre nem alkalmas.
Zakopane közel helyezkedik el, így inkább átmentünk, és ott találtunk programot.
A recepción nagyon kedvesek voltak, azonban a többi dolgozó, sajnos egyáltalán nem.
Kijelentkezéskor derült ki, hogy több plusz fogyasztást is a mi szobánkra írtak, Amiket nem mi kértünk.
