Jól megközelíthető, szép helyen fekszik a hotel, fantasztikus panorámával a közeli hegyekre. Segítőkész, barátságos személyzet, rengeteg kikapcsolódási lehetőség a gyermekek számára és szuper wellness!

super, určite sa tam ešte vrátime
Pros:

mne strava (bola vynikajúca), ale dcérka sa určite potešila všetkým atrakciám ako ihrisko, hernička, zoo, jazda na poníkovi a animačný program v štýle labková patrola.

Pros:

Extrémne veľa zážitkov pre deti - zoo,herne,animačný program, program so zvieratkami,kino,bazén,sokoliarske vystupenie....a ešte aj okolie a lokalita,kde je hotel ponúka veľa vyžitia.
A jedlo- uuuuplne božske :) Žiadne polotovary...len pri písaní sa mi zbiehajú slinky.
Na recepcii veľmi milá recepčna :) mala dlhšie tmavé vlasy a v okuliaroch:)
A čisto - mega čisto.Ako som vošla do izby,tak bola vôňa :)
ODPORÚČAME VSETKYMI 20 PRSTAMI AJ NA NOHE :)

Cons:

Sú miesta,kde vidno,že už má hotel co to za sebou ...ale vidno aj druhú stranu mince,že to rekonštruujú :)
Veľká zima v herni,kde bol animačný program.
Nešiel mi fen.
Ale toto sú tak zanedbatelne recenzie....
Hotel bol SKVELY...Išla by som ešte určite :)

Skvelý hotel ponúkajúci množstvo aktivít pre deti ale aj dospelých. Výborná kuchyňa. Určite sa vrátime.
Pros:

Ocenili sme oddelenú toaletu od kúpeľne. Personál aj recepcia fungovala a všetky naše prosby splnili.

Cons:

Izba mohla byť trochu inak a lepšie dispozične riešená aby neboli všetky skrine na oblečenie a veci v chodbičke a tým pádom by sa tam lepšie hýbalo.

Za mňa výborná voľba na pobyt s deťmi. Ubytovanie čisté a príjemné. Prostredie kľudné, atrakcie pre deti viac ako len dobré. Naozaj výborná voľba a určite sa sem vrátime.

Žiadne negatívum som nezaregistroval.

Celkovo hodnotím hotel 8.5/10. Najväčšia nevýhoda voči iným hotelom ktoré sme navštívili bol bazén. Služby skvelé, s

Zoo, detský kútik, strava pestrá a chutná , vonkajšie ihrisko obrovské, personál milý a ochotný. Deťom sa páčil aj animačný program.

Cons:

V jedálni chýbali detské lyžičky (niečo medzi kavovou a polievkovou) a podbradníky ale to nieje nič katastrofálne.
Detský kútik by mohol byt lepšie prepojený s kaviarňou aby si rodičia mohli v klude aspoň vypiť kávu pripadne večer drink. Bazén pre menšie deti alebo pozvolný vstup chýba a 28 je pre deti tiež malo keďže sa prezentuje ako rodinný hotel.
