Very disappointing
Pros:

I was very uncomfortable with the location and the room . You couldn't take a shower without the entire bathroom getting fill with water from the shower. Not even a plate to eat with. The door was not safe at all.

Cons:

The bathroom.....the dusty blanket the door couldn't even lock or open properly

Disappointed and disgusted yet again for the 14th stay now

The location is convenient

Cons:

The attitude of the staff at reception, be it any gender or race they are all the same rude, arrogant and in no way friendly. As a customer I don't know what they mean by private bathroom, if it said separate bathroom I would've understood. I asked to he moved to a different room and I was told no the last time I was at the city club hotel there was cockroaches in the kettle I didn't get a refund and I had to book again at city club circle Pathetic. Booking.com are you aware of these things, do you have site visits in my experience coming from the industry there should be representatives that conduct random checks on all aspects from staff to service rooms.
