Very bad service

If you are going in car , please do not book this hotel. This hotel is good to stay with family and they have their own restaurant to have delicious food. But Parking is pathetic here. Guys working in that hotel ,spends more time in parking the car for the customer more than their actual work. Hotel management should do something on parking.

Worst ever accommodation which I had in thirupati,
Toilets were not clean, towel which they gave are not washed, bed spreads had holes and torne.
Specially this hotel is in small lane where car can't go and car parking is too small conjunctions.

The staff didn't inform us of the breakfast that was supposed to be included in our stay (anyway, we woke up late). Communication was short because of our language barrier.

Dear Team,

I had given a request for early check-in at the time of booking and I called your customer care Treebo and informed same the on 23rd December 2022 the executive informed me that there will be charges for early check-in of 500+GST for each room for which I agreed for it.
When I checked in at Treebo Trend DJ Grand, Tirupati on 24th December 2022 the front office executive denied the early check-in and demanded 900+ GST when I asked him its 500+ Gst only he denied the allotting of the room.

The same was bought to the notice of the Treebo customer care executive and even they had spoken to the front desk executive even though they had dined for the allotment of the room.

I again called to treebo customer care executive they said they had escalated the issue to the next level and asked me to wait.

We had almost waited for 2 hours at the hotel with the whole family and moved out of the hotel at as i am not getting any response from anyone 8.am.

I received a call from customer care at 8.40 am stating that they want to change my booking to another hotel I explained him what had happened and told him to cancel the booking which they had agreed to and not processed yet

No Towels
Geyser not working
TV not working
Very very late responce to requests
2 hour wait for breakfast
No handwash in room
AC poor functioning
Bed linens not clean
Parking facility very poor
Staff not behaving properly

app shows like extra large bed but there’s only queen size beds in the hotel… coming to parking facility there is parking for only 4 cars only but they adjust 6-8 cars in it… at midnight they will ring the doorbell and asks us to move our car for back cars… coming to breakfast very very disappointed all the tifens are very cold .. comedy is they will serve allam chutny for poori….
