The location was great, a 5-10 min walk from Broads Green underground. Really clean and thoughtfully decorated.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
This property/room was perfect for what I needed for my short stay - clean, comfortable, well connected by transport link, quiet location.
Ashley has put a lot of effort into the design and facilities with the room - from a fridge, to cutlery, to shampoo/soaps to kettle and snacks. These made the stay feel a bit more luxurious.
Whilst I didn't meet Ashley in person, she was easy to communicate with via the app/phone.
I want to mention for anyone who is particular about mattresses... the room and bed are COMFY... and that meant a soft mattress. It wouldn't put me off booking the property again but worth mentioning.

It definitely exceeded what I was expecting from staying in London! My intention was to explore lively neighbourhoods rather than to spend my time in central London, therefore finding this stay was ideal for me. It is situated in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood that is still well connected by frequent public transport. I appreciated how comfortable I felt, thanks to the familiar atmosphere as well as the well equipped and clean room. Communication with Ashley is very easy and straight forward, both in person as well as through text messages- I also got some great tips about the area from her and her husband! Can definitely recommend it to everyone considering :)

Really great location for our visit, easy walk to the tube and overground stations. Lovely spacious room and spotless. Comfy!

Quiet and relaxing, away from tubes, traffic and noise. Comfortable, great facilities, thoughtful touches like water and drinks. Bathroom clean, good shower, big house and good sized room. Warm.
