The hotel's modern architecture and sleek design made a great first impression, and the staff's warm welcome for a comfortable stay.

The room I was assigned was spacious and clean, with a comfortable king-sized bed and overlooking the city. The amenities were top-notch,. However, I did find the room's Wi-Fi connectivity to be a very fast at times.

The staff at the Dona Castle were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist me with everything from booking a local tour to recommending the best restaurants in the area. The front desk team were particularly efficient and courteous, handling my check-in and check-out with ease.I appreciate.

The hotel's amenities were impressive., and a 24-hour room service menu. The breakfast buffet was decent.

Check in was very smooth. Good location silent atmosphere. Good hospitality. The staff is friendly, polite, and nice fragrance, Good manners. The rooms are hygienic and spacious. Pros:

One of the best hotels near the kollam beach and city. Closet to bus terminal and railway station too. And the room was pretty cool with good atmosphere, ambience and it was very clean. Maintenance of the room is perfect. Staff were decent and guest friendly, polite behaviour. I enjoyed the stay there. I suggest Dona Castle best hotels in kollam
