Nicht Familien-/ Kinderfreundlich!

Schönes Hotel unter unfreundlicher Führung.

Cons:

Unfreundliche Managerin; wir hatten in der Nebensaison 5 Zimmer/ Suiten gebucht und waren mit zwei Kindern da. (5 und 6 Jahre)
wir hatten das Hotel nur gebucht, da es eine beheizten Innenpool gibt. Auf Booking war nirgends vermerkt, dass der einzige Innenpool im Wellness-Bereich liegt und diesen Kinder nicht betreten dürfen. Diese sollen die nicht beheizten Aussenpools nutzen, so die Worte der Managerin.
(Januar, 5-10 Grad Tagestemperatur).
Der Wellnessbereich öffnet täglich ab 1400 Uhr, auch unsere Anfrage, ob wir ggf vor 1400 Uhr mit den Kindern, und gegen Aufzahlung, den Pool benutzen dürfen, wurde verneint.

Gemütliche Lage, schönes Hotel, Personal freundlich insbesondere Restaurant und SPA

Lage kannten wir schon, gemütlich für unsere Reise, schöne Anlage, sehr freundliches Personal im Restaurant und SPA.

Cons:

Geräusch abends / nachts im Zimmer. Wurde nicht erledigt, trotz Anmeldung. Wir werden in der Zukunft die Lage des Zimmers vermeiden. Allgemein war wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden, gutes Verhältnis Preis/ Qualität ( Winter).
