Pros:

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room is in good condition and clean. Location was few mins walk to Taif Heart Mall and good stores are also around the hotel. Definitely will stay here again.

Overall, an excellent stay. Many thanks to Iris Boutique.
Pros:

We had stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The rooms were very spacious and beds were very comfortable, we had a great nights sleep. Location was also excellent.

Cons:

The showers of both bathrooms were not working properly. It would frequently switch between very hot and very cold on its own.
