Super petit hôtel familial très chaleureux, très propre, et très bien placé. Le ferry est juste à côté pour rejoindre la rive européenne. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, de l'eau, thé et café à volonté, plein de petites attentions de la part du gérant, lui et le receptionniste sont vraiment adorables et super serviables. Le ménage est très bien fait, tous les jours. Le chauffage est super efficace, on a la mosquée pleine de charme juste en face, c'est super calme et il y'a des bons restos à 5 minutes à pied c'est un vrai hôtel à taille humaine ou il ne manque rien. D'un bon rapport qualité prix. On est resté une semaine et on a passé un super séjour, je vous le recommande vraiment 👍

stayed here with my mum for 3 nights for new year's. small but comfortable room with comfortable beds and sofa. next to a mosque, apart from that, quiet. partial view of the Bosporus. just next to a bus station and ferry and not far from Üsküdar with all the shops. room was quite overheated but it was ok when we opened the window. free coffee/tea from the cafe downstairs was a nice bonus. nice, attentive staff. would definitely stay again!!!

Really nice hotel in a quiet area on the Asian side of Istanbul with an amazing coffee shop next door. Staff were friendly and helpful; the room was small but very clean and comfortable and the balcony was nice (even though there was a construction site next door).

Отель маленький, номера чистые. В целом, переночевать после целого дня прогулок - норм.
Отдельное спасибо персоналу, на ресепшен классные ребята, помогали по всем вопросам, всегда чай/кофе/воду предлагали. Гостеприимно!

Ulaşım imkânı gerçekten harika! Otelin bulunduğu yerden başlayıp Salacak Sahili boyunca Üsküdar’a kadar, Boğaz’ın eşsiz manzarası eşliğinde yaklaşık 15 dakikalık keyifli bir yürüyüş yapabiliyorsunuz. Oradan metro veya vapurla İstanbul’un her yerine ulaşım çok kolay. Ayrıca otele sadece 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde bulunan Harem İskelesi’nden her 20 dakikada bir Eminönü’ne arabalı vapur seferi yapılıyor. Ulaşım açısından gerçekten mükemmeldi.
Ayrıca müşterilere gösterdikleri ilgi ve alakadan dolayı Efkan ve Atakan’a da içten teşekkür ederim.

Misafirperverlik, temizlik, hizmet, odadaki sunumlar, konumu, fiyatı açısından 4 4'lük bir otel.
Bu mevkide konaklamaya tekrar ihtiyacım olursa yine bu otele gelirim.

En çok dikkatimi çeken nokta otelin temizliği oldu. Oda gerçekten tertemizdi.
İhtiyaç duyulacak her şey odada vardı. Sadece mini buzdolabı ve çaycı yoktu.
Otelin altındaki kafede ücretsiz çay kahve servisi vardı ve biz bunu değerlendirdik. Çalışanlar her konuda bizimle ilgilendiler. Konumu zaten çok güzeldi çünkü Üsküdar sahilinde hemen lolun kenarındaydı.
Oldukça güvenilir ve samimi bir ortamdı. Şikayet edebileceğim tek şey kahvaltısı idi. Taze ama yetersizdi. Ancak orada da mutfak ve dolapların temizliği gerçekten dikkat çekiciydi.

They cancelled our Booking with 3 hours before our arrival, when we were on the plan without internet, so we only found that when we arrived at the hotel at 10pm. They were very rude and told us this is business.
I gave them a bad review on Google as well and they lied as couldn't imagine, saying that we disturbed their property. We only asked them why they canceled the booking even though I mentioned we arrive late and our booking was guaranteed by the card. According to the booking rules, if we didn't show up, they will charge our money.
Anyway, because they went so far with lying, I asked legal issue on booking and provided them with a recording of our conversation with the receptionist, so we can prove all they lies they said.
So, basically, if I cancel, they take my money. If they cancel, nothing happens. Congrats, guys!
