I would not stay again
Pros:

It was clean and parking was easy to access

Cons:

Beds were hard and awful
We have baby cockroaches around our kettle and cups
Traffic was quiet loud
Walls were thing we could hear doors banging closed until late hours of the night
Would have liked a some form of refund as we were not able to seep all night.i had a very sore back and neck the next morning

Clean, comfortable, convenient, and great value with an excellent shower and plenty of parking.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and well presented, and the shower had fantastic water pressure with plenty of hot water. There was plenty of parking available, and the property was within walking distance of the train station and close to local shops, making it very convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Second stay here and would be happy to stay again.
Pros:

This is my second time staying at the Ryde Inn. The location is great for the events that I attended and I particularly like the dinners on offer through the restaurant. The room is spacious and clean, comfortable bed and pillows; curtains create a nice dark space for sleeping. Breakfast options are good and sufficient to my needs. I love that the parking is free.

Cons:

The walls and door are quite thin so outside noise travels easily. I was woken by slamming doors and guests talking early in the morning.

Everything you would expect.
Pros:

The location was amazing, decent sized room and bathroom, checking in was easy, staff amazing. Rooms were clean and tidy

Cons:

The rooms smelt like mould, we didn’t turn the aircon on as we were afraid that would add to the smell.

Family room size not true!
Pros:

Location to Top Ryde shops & daily refresh of room, bathroom & bins if you put sign on the door handle.

Cons:

Family room in photo is not the true reflection of all family rooms. Only one room is that size. The family room we got given was exact size of other rooms with no table or lounge just extra bed. Not happy paying for bigger room & not getting it. Pictures & categories need to reflect whats actually available. Rename them to family room & quad room. When we did complain they added a table & chairs. Said manager would speak to us they never did.
