Comfortable enough, but a smile from the staff wouldn't go astray.
Pros:

The shower was the best that I have experienced from most hotel/motel accommodation.

Cons:

Staff off handed service. When I went for breakfast at 8.20am, I was told that it was closed even though the time stated for breakfast closure was 9.00am. The response from the staff was "too bad we don't have anything for you".

I felt immediately comfortable and had a relaxing stay.
Pros:

It had all the necessary details for a comfortable stay.
The bathroom was up to date and had all the modern features that you could hope for.
Comfortable bed and pillows.
Whilst the furniture is dated it was comfortable room to stay in.

Cons:

Not my style of decor but not offensive.
Furniture could be updated and modernised like the bathroom.

A very enjoyable stay and very easy access to city.
