Well maintained Room and Common areas
Pros:

We had a really positive stay at Ryde Inn. The standout for us was how clean everything was—both the room and common areas were very well maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable.
The overall environment was quiet, secure, and well looked after.

Pros:

Location - not too residential nor too commercial. Good spot for getting ride share. Not complicated!
Fabulous pillows! Best night’s sleep in ages, and really comfy mattress. Bathroom was very nicely done with modern features.
FYI Cheaper Breakfast deal pre-booked at reception sounded so good but no time to have on the day unfortunately. Next time for sure!

Cons:

A lift would be really great - room was upper floor unfortunately. However, Staff helped to carry small case to my room, which was great - thankyou. Shoulder mobility means I can’t lift/carry heavy things - but otherwise stairs weren’t too steep etc.

The only thing i liked about the property was i could see my car from the window, the carpark space is great, the shower head pressure was good.

Cons:

When we first arrived to our room it had a funny smell to it, the room wasn’t cleaned properly there was a biscuit underneath the bed and dark hair through the bed. The shower and bathroom was disgusting and had mould. The fridge had a broken wire in it. We felt really uncomfortable in the room at the start. The condition of the room was very disappointing, especially for staying there for a special occasion.

Got no sleep and no accountability for the above.
Pros:

Location, easy check in and out, clean.

Cons:

Bed very hard.
Smoke alarm went off very early in the morning and couldn’t be turned off for 40min!! There was no communication, apology or discount.

Pros:

I stayed for 4nights, for watching soccor matches at Acor studium, in that respect, this is quite good location, even late at night it took only 35 to 40 minutes by train and on foot.
The hotel staff was friendly, and lifted my heavy suite case to my room on the second floor , it was so helpful.

Cons:

Room has a balcon but the door is locked , I am sorry I cannot enjoy fresh air. there is no lift to the second floor
