La habitación es amplia, comodísima e impecable de limpieza. El resto del hotel, muy bonito. Personal amable y eficaz.

Cons:

Nada que decir. Alguien con mucho equipaje quizás eche de menos un armario.

It was great but its just the AC that made it not so perfect stay
Pros:

Our room is massive enough space for 4 adults

Really enjoyed a relaxing stay here in spite of the niggles
Pros:

Very close to Brussels midi station which we used most days of our 4 day stay. The square was pleasant near very busy roads but good location for getting to centre by foot or other. We felt safe in the neighbourhood at 11pm
Lovely welcome and helpful staff
Room was delightful and clean, coffee machine, safe, enough hanging space for our short stay but limited other surfaces. Situated on 6th floor with lift, quiet corridor with enough room and very big bed. Bathroom was clean and modern but shower flow was weak, shower gel/handwash provided. Breakfast area clean and well laid out with a limited choice of hot/cold food which was tasty and well presented. The ambience of the hotel is modern and quirky but comfortable

Cons:

The room was very warm and the controls for the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted below 18 degrees. We asked at reception but was told it was centrally controlled. I ended up turning the controls off as it was too warm during the night and was blowing hot air out in the morning. Due to the room being flooded with sunshine this was uncomfortable but of course we were out most of the day so was a manageable issue. The area around the hotel was very busy with sirens and traffic noises audible (we kept all the windows open to get some air flow!) so probably was more aware

Posizione abbastanza centrale e comoda per visitare la città ma affaccia su una piazza purtroppo poco curata. La struttura è bella e pulita, camera e bagno ampi e curati

Le personnel était très aimable. Les lieux sont cosy, propres et la décoration est sympa.

Cons:

L'hôtel est un peu bruyant. Bien sûr, ce n'est pas directement imputable à l'hôtel mais plutôt aux autres voyageurs. Néanmoins, les portes sont fort bruyantes à l'ouverture et avec peu d'amortissement à la fermeture, ce qui n'aide pas à la tranquillité.

Hôtel parfait mais cartier horrible
Pros:

Très belle hôtel bien entretenue et très propre
Chambre bien équipé et personnel très gentilles

L emplacement
Hôtel situer dans un cartier très chaud et mal freconter. J’ai du changer ma voiture de place car la dame de l’accueil m’a dit que c’était risqué ou elle était et qu’il y avais déjà eu des problème avec d’autre voiture.
Cartier très sale des ta d’ordure sur la place et au pied de l’hôtel. Je suis pas sortie le soir pour allez manger car j’ai eu peur, j’ai préférer me faire livrer des pizza à l’hôtel.
