Emplacement idéal pour ce que nous avions à faire
We really like that this is close to the train station and there is a lovely Brasserie next door. The room was fine and the bed super comfy.
The breakfast was expensive for what you got at 18 euros per person and there was a noisy machine audible throughout the night.
Room was clean but like a shoe box, we asked when booking for a ground floor room and a bath due to disabilities the hotel has 612 rooms we were top floor 611 no bath a shower
No homeless outside in the doorway and men hanging around, being able to purchase a hot drink
Close to the station
The customer service was poor
Vriendelijk personeel, hele ruime kamers, koffie/thee voorzieningen, shampoo, douchgel en body lotion in de badkamer aanwezig.
o café é muito bom
Easy to check in and out, including being able to store our bags while we explored.
Location was OK but not the best
Lovely accommodation located very close to the train station. The room and facilities were very nice, and the overall stay was comfortable. My only regret is not choosing the breakfast option as well. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the city centre, but there are public transport options just around the corner that make getting around very easy. The staff were very polite and kindly allowed us to leave our bags in a securely locked room before check-in, which I know from experience isn’t always the case!
