Le personnel très très accueillant, serviable et disponible.
J'ai bien aimé la baie vitrée qui sépare la chambre et la sdb.
Le petit déjeuner.. 👌🏾
Ps : les mangues étaient incroyablement bonnes

Pros:

Très bel hôtel au sein de Luang Prabang. Il est très bien situé : à moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville (là où il y a le night market) et des nombreux restaurants. La piscine est très agréable, et les chambres sont particulièrement belles et spacieuses. Le personnel est très agréable et disponible pour nous aider que ce soit pour les transferts ou l’organisation d’activité.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de choix de sucré ..

We had a lovely time, the staff was friendly and so helpful.
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful, they even made vegan options.
The location is great, close to the main street and the nightmarket.

Cons:

We loved everything, our room was a step away from the pool!

La taille de la chambre.
Lit confortable.
Petit déjeuner succinct mais smoothie à la demande très apprécié

Cons:

Moins aimé l’emplacement en dehors du centre près d’une grande route et donc avec du bruit dans la chambre surtout que nous étions dans la chambre la plus proche de la route 305
Présenté comme 4* mais plutôt 2* selon les standards européens du coup un peu cher

A suitable hotel for a short stay. Great location close to everything. Tasty breakfast, and the staff are kind and helpf
Pros:

Located on a quiet street, yet close to all major attractions and the river. The reception staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming. Good breakfast, and the room is spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the rooms feel a bit worn. My balcony did not get much sunlight, and sun-seekers should note that the pool area between the buildings is quite narrow and receives limited sun.

Feels like a sanctuary
Pros:

Everything was great: friendly and helpful staff, a clean and comfortable room, and a clean pool with refreshing water. I loved the water refill station in the kitchen area. The whole property feels like a little sanctuary. It’s also within walking distance to the centre, so the location is perfect. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Personally, we didn’t find the mattresses and pillows that comfortable, but that’s very subjective and didn’t take away from the overall experience.

Cons:

Завтрак мог бы быть разнообразнее и лучше.
У отеля 2 корпуса. В корпусе, что у дороги шумные номера.
Маленькая зона возле бассейна и отсутствие обшей зоны.
