Die Nähe zum Nachtmarkt

Cons:

Die Ausstattung (alles schon etwas verwohnt), auch das Frühstück war sehr bescheiden, wir sind lieber auswärts frühstücken gegangen.

Very cute, beautiful staff.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They can book tours abd taxis at reception.
Great location, close to main street. Room overlooking pool was beautiful

Cons:

You can hear all the outside noise in rooms (ie people walking up and down stairs, people talking in other rooms, etc)
After the first night, towels were replaced with run down, holey, towels.

Pros:

Emplacement top pour aller en ville. On peut tout faire à pieds. Globalement c'est propre et le personnel est très agréable.

Cons:

Le vendredi soir il ya beaucoup de bruit côté rue. Difficile de dormir.

Le café n'est pas très bon.

Pros:

The internet is good and stable, which is a big advantage. The pool is great, the rooms are clean, and housekeeping does a very good job — the room is cleaned and towels are changed every day.

The breakfast is quite good with enough options to start the day. The location is not exactly in the very center, but everything is still close and easy to reach.

It was quiet and very pleasant to stay there, which made the overall experience comfortable.

Ich würde wieder in das Hotel
Pros:

Schöner Pool, die Betten sind gross genug, Dusche gross. Frühstück reichlich. Kaffee nicht geniessbar, ist aber geschmacksache. Rollerverleih und Massage direkt neben dem Hotel. Nightmarket zu Fuss erreichbar

Cons:

Englisch wurde nicht so gut gesprochen, reichte aber für ein Taxi zu bestellen

Comfortable but would look for alternative accommodation next time.
Pros:

Location. Friendly staff although all very young & not enough of them.

Cons:

Inadequate breakfast. Staff was not enough to cater for everyone. The mold in grout in bathroom vanity. No handrail to enter the property with steep steps to navigate. They allowed smoking on balconies 1 metre away from adjoining balcony. Our curtains stunk of cigarette smoke.

Very nice hotel, central and a short walk to the centre. Lovely team of staff. Would recommend.
Pros:

Very warm welcome from staff on arrival.
Pleasant breakfast. Staff very helpful with booking taxis and days out.

Very nice hotel and would definitely stay again
Pros:

This hotel was way better then we expected, fruit and fresh juice on arrival. Smoothies and options for breakfast, rooms were very nice and clean. Staff couldn't do enough to help.

Pros:

Location was fairly good. Walkable to most areas and easy to get tuk tuks.

Cons:

Definitely not 4 stars as listed on booking. 2 stars at best.

Breakfast poor - although smoothies and speciality coffees available to order (but not well advertised).

Will add 3% to hotel stay, even though credit card already on file.

Pool tiny and always in shade. Despite being closed early evening, on one morning chemicals were added which meant the pool wasn't available until mid morning. 

Staff were generally pleasant but completely clueless! Most of the time they seemed to have no idea what was going on! Cleaning staff gather outside rooms very early in the morning and speak loudly which disturbs guests sleep.

Water and toiletries provided in single year plastic 😢
