Lovely hotel with kind and welcoming staff - not too far from trastevere centre
Pros:

The staff were so kind and welcoming and very helpful. The room was gorgeous and the bathroom and room were very clean. A good simple hotel breakfast and quite close to trastevere’s centre (10 min walk) as well as public transport

Cons:

Wasn’t as close as I expected to the Trastevere centre but this wasn’t an issue. A couple of things broken in the bathroom but still very clean

Proper, mooie kamers.

Cons:

Na 2 dagen kwamen we terug op het hotel en was de zak met vuile kleren van mijn vriend weg. De vuile was zat in een doorzicht plastic zak en stond op de grond in de kamer (het was duidelijk van de buitenkant te zien dat het een zak met kleren was). Toen we dit melden aan de receptie werd er vrij weinig mee gedaan. Men heeft ernaar gezocht maar de zak niet gevonden. Er werd ons ook geen compensatie aangeboden. Bij het uit-checken moesten we nog de roomservice betalen (hadden eten besteld). Toen we vroegen of we hier eventueel korting op konden krijgen, was dit niet mogelijk. Er werd ons geen oplossing of compensatie aangeboden door het hotel terwijl er wel voor een bepaalde waarde in de zak aanwezig was (kleren van 2 dagen). Dit vonden we jammer want we waren voor de rest wel tevreden van het hotel.

Pros:

The staff were great - very friendly and helpful. It was useful that they have a restaurant on site and a breakfast buffet. The room was very nice and clean.

Cons:

The hotel is located in Trastavere, and the metro does not run to this part of Rome. It can be difficult to get around by taxi or Uber during certain times of the day due to high traffic. Using the Lime scooters is useful, so if you stay here, recognize that you may have to walk or take a scooter to city center or to the Vatican.

Breakfast was fine - nice buffet.
Location was good - great for going up to the top of the Janiculum Hill for the fireworks on NYE

Cons:

The bar area was dead. Positive is that it was quiet, compared to the hustle/bustle of Trastevere
