A nice warm welcome upon arrival, with a friendly and attentive porter. The room was clean, tidy and fresh, plus having a small balcony was a nice touch.
Morning coffee was nice. However the breakfast options were quite limited.

Location is great, you are just around the corner from some excellent restaurants, cafes and the life of the city. A very short walk to catch the trams and buses.
At the surface level, everything looks great, but as soon as you scratch the surface it starts to unravel with some poor choices that undermine the stay.
The timer switch for the entrance area of the room. No way to override it, quite annoying when picking out clothing for the day and the light just turns off...
The acoustics of the place. They really need to put some carpet down in the hallway and use some good doors. The sounds echo down the hallway and into your room. No need for an alarm clock, you can hear breakfast starting at 7am.

The staff were so kind and welcoming and very helpful. The room was gorgeous and the bathroom and room were very clean. A good simple hotel breakfast and quite close to trastevere’s centre (10 min walk) as well as public transport
Wasn’t as close as I expected to the Trastevere centre but this wasn’t an issue. A couple of things broken in the bathroom but still very clean
