Fantastic food, great owner and staff beautiful setting very peaceful.
Pros:

The property was in a beautiful, quiet location, and very relaxing, the food was amazing a very good menu. Marks wife is a great chef cooking a few Asian dishes to perfection very popular as well busy place.
The breakfast in the morning definitely sets you up for the day. Good quality ingredients
Mark the owner and his staff were on call for anything we needed, can’t fault them at all.

Cons:

The only negative I would say is the rooms are quite dated and could do with an update, however they were clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Could maybe do with some fans in the hot weather this weekend.
The location is great if you are there for only a couple of nights but there is nothing else within walking distance and you must drive about to other places which we knew and we’re happy with.

Such a wonderful place with amazing food and owners who make your stay the best
Pros:

The welcome from the owners . What a lovely couple, mark and rose make you feel like family while giving the best service with amazing food. A lovely location within the fields, beautiful gardens, lovely conservatory and bar area with fire to relax . Bedroom was a good size with very comfy bed .

Bathroom/ shower small but it’s a country pub hotel

Pros:

Extremely friendly staff, went out of their way to help.
I had a lovely evening meal too

Cons:

The room felt dated and some broken handles on cupboards, bathroom dark and shower quite small however it that was clean and well presented.
Breakfast ok, but hard bacon, although the rest was nice overall.

Lovely overnight stay with great food.
Pros:

We had a lovely overnight stay at this hotel pub and would happily return. The food was really good and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal. The hosts were fantastic – so friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our small double room was cosy, comfy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing night’s stay. To top it all off, the breakfast included in the price was absolutely excellent – a big, hearty breakfast that set us up perfectly for the day ahead. Great value and wonderful hospitality throughout!

The best food in the area with ease.
Pros:

Very friendly welcome, room was clean with a very comfy bed. The evening meal was fantastic as was the breakfast. The bar had a good choice of drinks including 1 real ale.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little tight and the room would benefit from a lamp or better lighting at the desk/dressing table.

Our stay was perfect, only a couple of days but we will definitely return.

Everything was very clean and tidy. The owner was very obliging and staff excellent +

Cons:

Overall it is a perfect place to stay. Out in the country, quite, clean, owner his wife and staff brilliant the food a magnificent mix of Asian, Italian, and British (English Breakfast will keep you going all day).
