Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The hotel operates on a self-check-in basis, and upon arrival, I found that the toilet had been left running, leaving the entire bathroom flooded with water. Even the tissues were completely wet.

I immediately contacted the hotel to inform them about the issue, but I received no response or assistance throughout my entire stay. Only after checking out and messaging them again to let them know I had left did they finally respond, simply apologizing for what had happened.

The issue itself was already unpleasant, but the lack of communication and the fact that they only responded after my check-out made the experience even more disappointing. I believe guests deserve prompt communication and basic attention when reporting a problem

Great location and perfect for a one-night stopover
Pros:

The hotel appeared in my search for properties with a 24-hour reception, but I only discovered the day before arrival that check-in ended at 11 pm. However, the staff contacted me via WhatsApp and kindly offered a self-check-in option, which I really appreciated. The manager was very responsive and helpful, even late at night and the following morning.

Cons:

There was some noise from the neighbours and people on the street, but that’s beyond the hotel’s control!

Honestly, one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I would strongly advise people not to book this property. The location might be okay, but the condition of the hotel was absolutely unacceptable. The room had a heavy damp smell coming from the ceiling, so bad I couldn’t stay inside for even ten minutes. The bathroom was filthy, and overall the place felt neglected and dirty. To make matters worse, there was no proper staff available in person; everything was just handled over phone calls, which was useless in the moment. I asked for a cancellation and refund immediately, and still haven't received my money back. This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience, and I would never stay here again. Think very carefully before booking this place.

Pros:

The beds were comfortable, the location was nice, but there were too many hills.

Cons:

The walls were extremely thin; I could hear the man inside. I was attacked at the hotel. Someone kicked my door and tried to break it down, I was so scared! The cleaning was being done, but I found hair on the bed that isn't mine. How is this possible? The officer wasn't there; they were communicating via WhatsApp. There was construction going on, the area wasn't safe, it was full of hookah cafes. There was no hot water, and the room was small. The hair dryer wasn't powerful enough. And I think there were bugs in the room, I was covered in bites. But I didn't see any insects. I was so scared of that door, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
