Excellent stay with excellent helpful people
Pros:

Everything. Lovely hosts and family. Very handy for Bodrum with bus stop right outside. Did not need a car. Plenty supermarket nearby and restaurants. Beach is good with facilities. Free subbed and parasol hire..

Pros:

We had the most wonderful time here and would highly recommend it. The hotel itself was on a quiet side street so we didn’t feel disturbed by any noise coming from the town and it was easy to travel into Bodrum (or Bitez in the opposite direction). Our hosts were absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We did a mixture of self catering & eating out and the apartment had everything we needed for the times we decided to stay in and eat.

Our stay was wonderful
Pros:

The property served our exact needs. The apartment was a good size and had all the amenities we needed. The pool and entertainment area was wonderful. Our host (Ozgur) made our stay very memorable as he offered to take us on a run through the city to show us the main tourist attractions. I would recommend this to any guests who are up for a bit of exercise during their stay. It was a wonderful experience.

Nothing that we did not like.

Pros:

Very clean and modern room not far from the beach line. It takes around 20 mins to get walk to the center. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was clean and not overcrowded. There is also small bar near the pool where you can order some drinks and simple food.

Cons:

Toilet flush was not working properly which was not very pleasant. Absolutely no simple kitchen staff like oil, sugar salt. There is a dishwasher but no tablets. No sponge even to wash the plates. It costs just couple of euro per owners to leave such basics things for each stay but during our trip I saw that everyone economizes on this in Turkey. It is very inconvenient to buy big packages of tablets for dishwasher or oil if you are staying just one-two nights, so such attitude for visitors is very strange.

Peaceful, relaxing and a great area to stay, great hosts
Pros:

Location was excellent, quiet area, well placed amenities, restaurants and beach, 10 minute drive to Marina and Castle, staff were very helpful, apartment cleaned regularly, pool area always clean and quiet very good. Had food from the pool bar, very good and value for money.

Cons:

Balcony area a little small, maybe a couple more sunbeds.

Relaxare la Bodrum
Pros:

Proprietarul este extrem de amabil și are grijă de fiecare client. Vorbește fluent engleza , deci comunicarea este facilă. Este foarte curat și piscina este suficient de mare. Parcarea este chiar în față și am avut loc tot timpul. Magazinele sunt aproape și tot pe jos se ajunge la zona turistică cu de toate.
Nu am ajuns la plajă dar am stat OK la piscină. Am stat doar 3 zile să ne odihnim și chiar ne-am relaxat. La piscină este bar cu mâncare și băuturi la prețuri foarte rezonabile.Camera este suficient de mare , balconul mic este doar pentru fumat. De fapt masa se poate lua la mesele din curte unde este și un grătar amenajat. Curățenia se face zilnic. Personalul foarte amabil.Vom reveni cu plăcere.

Son un grupo pequeño de apartamentos nuevos, alrededor de una piscina y una barra de bar. Tanto los exteriores como los interiores están en perfectas condiciones, muy limpios y con una preciosa decoración. Ambiente familiar y tranquilo .
Anfitriones muy amables y hospitalarios. Recomendable 100 × 100

Cons:

Quizás únicamente como recomendación podría dejarse en los apartamentos cosas básicas para las estancias cortas, por ejemplo, una pequeña cantidad de lavavajillas, un trapo de cocina, algo de aceite y vinagre… eso evitaría que para estancias muy pequeñas tengas que comprar absolutamente todo aunque vayas a hacer únicamente en el apartamento algún desayuno o una cena.

Pros:

I titolari si sono fatti in quattro per risolverci i problemi. Avevamo prenotato la dependance (che non è stata ristrutturata come gli altri appartamenti) perché ci sembrava molto carina con il proprio spazio esterno. Purtroppo, da subito, ci sono stati problemi con l'aria condizionata e, dopo vari tentativi per sistemarla, visto che la stanza era invivibile durante il giorno per il caldo, al terzo giorno ci hanno cambiato appartamento.
Gli ultimi 3 giorni sono andati molto bene essendo in uno degli appartamenti rinnovati.

Cons:

Negli appartamenti mancano utensili in cucina tipo presine, strofinacci e soprattutto scopa e paletta ☹️
La zona esterna della dépendance è un po' lasciata andare con tavolo con le assi staccate e zona barbecue da pulire.
